There is no triune god, that is esoterics implemented in society. You adopted the idea that you are the body, that you have a spirit and a soul because of the concept of the holy trinity. Usually people caught in self consciousness and spirituality, they only think they have the self and that they discovered superconsciosness within themselves, but little they know that they tapped in the ego consciousness of society and they lie to themselves that they are the whole consciousness of the universe. In reality things work more natural. Let me explain, that mind chatter, the majority of time is not coming from yourself, is coming from ego consciousness of society. Now, once you awaken deeper and deeper, you will see that to maintain sanity you need a good system, be that system spirituality, atheism or and esoteric system. The majority of the spiritual pipe dreamers they follow a system, and they call and recall that they follow themselves only. In reality they are among the unawakened sheep. So, in the end, when someone trully awakens, the backlash of society is so great that you need a system, a current of thought apart from own breath. There is the regaining of naturality and all the faculties, not based on outside of yourself. The interconnection with life, is something that can't be graps. Only concept about the interconnection at a mind level, or vibration in society or universe. Now, i like to break the illusion of others, because the religion of Spiritual accomplishments is just that, an hallucination about an idea.

One more thing about the force of the Dragon or how the hindus call it kundalini and kundalina. It starts with the base of the spine, first and foremost, next it awakens the other energy centers in the body. In reality this force is not sexual energy, is life energy, of every energetical point in the body. It looks this way, because in society the energy of the base of the spine is supressed and also sexuallity is supressed, nothing much.

Someone said that there is Kundalini and Kundalina, i myself skip this concept of kundalini. I rather talk in terms of the dragon or reptilian parts of the body. In my experience, in the first stage of awakening the reptilian parts, was something too much mind focussed. Later on in experience, is something like a naturality, regaining the naturality. Hallucinating to mind in the mind spectrum and kundalini concepts, only brings brief bliss and after months and years vanishes. So in conclusion, don't look for the spectacular. There is nothing spectacular in regaining your full faculties or potential, in reality is the other way around, you will feel strage aroung people and even animals. They say animals live their potential, maybe, but this world if full of dormant people who hate you without knowing they doing that. So, is complex. The awakening is something foreign to society. Loving outside the self bring more sleep. In reality the dogma about love should be focussed only on the self, there is no love outside, is anti natural to love outside of yourself. Outside you can call it acceptance, empathy or sympathy when it comes to other people. And one last thing, you don't have to love your enemies, as i said, loving others is just a social construct that leads to sleep and ultimately death.
