Thanks for the tips. I will look into some of those methods you mention that I havent heard before. Yeah a true do-nothing meditation is for me one of the best energetic practices. But do-nothing in a state of no-mind and usually in the park with fresh air and sun (if available). I deem that to be the absolute practice, because it is about complete letting go and allowing what is with no judgement. The Universe is then free to mold me any way it desires. Not my will but thy will , as Jesus said. Oh yeah and keeping up a good posture during the meditation is also pretty important imo. Also that yoga practice where you massage your spine by rolling on it

By the way these might still not be aliens. It does seem fishy they are only in America - it could be some secret military training or something where they are testing new machines. And perhaps the footages are real, but they might be trying to deflect attention from the real thing. LOL i can't believe I'm even saying it : A conspiracy that aliens DO NOT exist Its usually the other way around,.

I have dived deep, already tried microcosmic orbit, but I resonate more with do-nothing meditation which allow energies to flow freely without my small mind trying to control. Trusting the Universe and its working out good so far. 17 days and feeling absolutely amazing. Full of energy and did things I previously was way too lazy for. Lol.. Man I've become better at everything. But thats not bragging, just observation. I dont identify with this bodymind. I feel this giddiness - this love just overflowing.... Beautiful energy. I also sunbathe and sungaze during sunset. This sadhana is one of the best. Not sure why everybody is not practicing this.

... But you have to do them In order to be able to grasp nonduality experientially one needs to turn the attention of the mind Inwards. The nature of the mind is to seek outside and by not doing anything it will continue to do so. By saying that there's nothing to be done some teachers are lying, in a way, or are speaking to someone who already has their mind introverted. Self inquiry and Do nothing are such example of a spiritual practice (Sadhana) - there is a lot written on this forum about them, not going to repeat what is probably already common knowledge for members here. But those are not really a doing, the very practice is to go away from the doing and into the being/subject that holds the doing. They are used to go deeper into the heart of experience NOW rather than go outwards into mind concepts and perceived substances and experiences of this world. But if you don't do the practice, the mind will be naturally inclined, due to conditioning, to look in the wrong direction. Truth is there, but if you are looking in the other direction, you won't be able to recognize it. /peace

Well I recently have had this thing... I saw a few airplanes that don't really look like real airplanes, but rather one of the wings is bigger than usual and I think its some sort of way the aliens disguise their aircrafts to look like real planes. I can't confirm this and its probably my imagination, but that damn plane looked weird af. PS: But for me Aliens and UFOs are not really that interesting, cause Angels and synchronicity are way more mystical and interesting After you meet with angels, aliens become boring

You'd think that but that's exactly the thing. When you see the world as time and space you see many beings and some are not enlightened, others are... But in reality there is only one being - Empty Consciousness outside of spacetime (God)... And all the dreams within that consciousness (You and I as bodyminds) are NOT reality. These dreams appear to the eternal nothingness which is the reality. Just like your dream space and time are not reality, but the knower of the dream is reality, in the very same way I say that this appearance of space and time is NOT reality, but the knower of that spacetime and ego IS the reality and that knower is beyond the spacetime just as it is beyond the dream spacetime at night... I am also not talking shallow stuff btw, I have been "marinating" as they say, for quite some time, my egomind should have shed a few layers of onion by now.

I would never say spacetime=consciousness, but the other 3- consciousness=you=reality I agree with. I only say this because spacetime is an object to me. I am not arguing for the sake of arguing, just talking from my experience here. I cannot say that spacetime = consciousness as it is not my experience, but it definitely is my experience that consciousness = me = reality. Just its beyond space and time (spacetime) That's funny because I'm also a Bulgarian spirit, so might be something from our cultural upbringing.

That feeling of I is the ego and the space in which that "I" is known is the awareness which we all are in our deepest true-est nature. Beyond our form identities.
