  1. I knoe I'm that but still in the relative story the student needs to mature in order to get it when the master says "you are That" But ofcourse, in the end, there was never a student and there was never a master. Only the screen on which both appear is real, but thats just the absolute truth, it is not the relative truth sooo ?
  2. What if I told you I am on this earth to be a jnani? Pretty much why my soul wanted to incarnate on this planet as the little D. Thats not absolutely true, its an intuition I have, i tend to trust my intuition. Everyone is the Self, but few hone down and actually know the Self/abide as the Self. No practice does not mean do anything. It means the practice is to let go of practices and striving for the small self to become bigger. Its about letting go of identification with the small self. This is not done by practice, but by abiding as the pure awareness / consciousness out of which the light appears. It's not a doing, its a being, but if you keep doing doing doing selfish action on top of it, you are veiling your true identity with a dense ego identity. Then you are the Self but the shine does not go through, unless your ego identity is made transparent by practicing selfless action. Because the small self cannot stop doing, its his nature, it needs to learn to do in a way that does not create more karma for itself and in a way to not make the cloud dark and thick, but rather a good cloud which lets the sunshine through. Hope ya feel this is true on an intuitive level.
  3. You don't buy it? The separare self you! Don't be so quick buckaroo!! Enlightened ego is the trickiest ego of the bunch. You taught me ramana maharshi too well. I will not fail you, my master.
  4. If you can't go wrong, why are you telling me I got it all wrong ???? Thanks for teaching me these stuff its important. Now tell me what is that which is seeking to have a mystical experience and why not having a mystical experience is considered less desirable? Was it not Ramana who said "everything that will happen will happen try and stop it". Ramana was the opposite of a chaser, he let everything come to him or not, if it was not meant to be. If you chase mystical experience, abundance and anything else, that means you are not it, because you want to add it on to yourself - and you attract that which you are, not what tou want. So what I'm saying is you will attract mystical experiences if you do not chase and try to hack your way into one. Especially if you want to enter from the door of being and not just look at a mystical experience through the window. There is no ultimate difference between being selfless and selfish, so be selfless. Why not? There is a relative difference. There is no difference between chasing and not chasing, so why not stop chasing and see what happens if you trust a higher intelligence than yourself and you put your waking self identity in its hands.
  5. I hear ya, I am not chasing good food, I get the food I feel like without overthinking or chasing it. If you are in that state and you feel like chasing a mystical experience, sure, but you seem to not be satisfied with your "ordinary" state which hints to me that you are not following the ramana maharshi stuff you have taught me <3
  6. Bro you are not your texts. The thing she is rejecting is pixels on a screen. That's not you, so no need to feel attached to it to the point of depression. I have had a similar situation to yours, like the girl even said I look like her future husband on the phone and I dont give a fucjk that she rejected my texts and started to act cold and not replying. Thats not me lel
  7. @Someone here be the self beyond objects. Seriously mate with that statement "-I know every experience is a mystical experience Bla bla. " you are showing you have the wrong attitude about this. You are looking for some experience, rather than your true essence which is the highest goal. Once you know your true identity, YES, even writing on Actualized.Org is a mystical experience mate! Thats what you actually want. You dont want to have a one off peak experience, those come and go and you will even forget it with time. Omfg! Peak experiences are nothing. Seriously, dont chase peak experiences, its a big trap of the ego. You want to have a peak experience to feel special. Let me break it to you, you are already special. From the state of pure being-ness, whatever needs to happen will happen - if you are meant to have peak experience it will happen naturally, without forcing. The universe might need you for something else and if you are busy chasing peak experiences you are not available for God to work through you for what you are actually supposed to do in this world. Be connected and stay with your essence. I am sure you know how to do that since you are here for a long time and there have been like a gazillion pointers by everyone. Just trust this process and allow God to move you and trust your actions that come from that state of consciousness. If you need some clarification on how to remain as your essence identity ask or pm me I am here to serve.
  8. Bashar's method is too complicated Here's a simpler method: Let go and let god
  9. if you see past the "man and woman " romantic side to this text, it is really profound. It's like God singing this to the waking human.
  10. I love myself by emptying the cup (of beliefs and identity) and allowing the universe/God to fill it with What Is.
  11. It's a Catholic college and they put on a video of some phd guy explaining that the neuroscience studies show benefits and whatnot. He sounded a lot like Eckhart Tolle - talking about stillness and even used a bell. Maybe he was just copying Eckhart ? I might recommend some of Eckhart's presence meditation for next one. They were all sitting in chairs and one laid down on the floor, but I opted to sit cross legged. I said its more comfortable for me ? i like to feel the energy of the legs. I didn't expect a Christian school to promote meditation tho, pleasant surprise. Also the morning email had an amazing prayer about how to let go ourselves into God's hands. Pretty neat. Pope Francis is the best
  12. How timely. I had my first day at a new job and at the end of the day 5 of us had a mindfulness meditation session. Ofcourse I kept my mouth shut and pretended I haven't got a clue about meditation, because that way I enjoy it even more! They were pretty beginner level tho I am too compared to some of you guys hehe
  13. The knower of this experience can never be known. Some flashy words are being thrown around such as Awareness, Consciousness, Love, pure Knowing, etc... If we are honest, the knower is completely unknown - if it were known, the knower of that one is unknown - until we reach the outer layer - the actual ultimate unknown. How do we call it anything - that's just what it seems from our human perspective - awareness, consciousness, etc - that's still not the unknown knower. By putting the label awareness there we somehow pretend to know what the unknown is and now we are enlightened. We know the unknown. WOW! Not really To be the unknown knower is everyone's common reality right now. We are all the unknown knower knowingly or unknowingly. We can not know what that is, its unknown, but we are that, at least you get that sense of it through Self Inquiry - Beyond the sense of the deepest self that is known - there lies the unknown knower that can never be known. Not sure if anyone is following, this might sound like gibberish, but it's really rather clear as explanation in my head. It gives me the cojones and inspiration to finally stop seeking what I am. It feels rather uncomfortable not knowing. But it's the truth. I trust this will help someone otherwise I don't know why I had the inspiration to see it and write it. If not, that is also fine. There is nothing to know hehehehe
  14. You think the Buddha could sit and somehow repel the mosquitos with his vibration? Haha! That's giving inhuman abilities to a human. The non-human Self is not going to get bitten, yes, but the whole "Buddha as body would not be bitten because he is enlightened" is taking things into fairytale land and setting impossible standards. That's NOT what enlightenment is. Maybe he could ignore the mosquitos, but they still are sucking his blood and he risks getting diseases in human form. The way to stop mosquitos biting you is to move about. The actual buddha (consciousness) would see that movement/dance also within itself so even while the body is moving, the true Self is meditating. Meditation is always the case. Do not confuse people with these impossible fantasies of being able to manipulate physical reality. Hahahahah That's misunderstanding Buddha's teachings. PS: I also just realised how old this thread is Save the mosquitos! PSS: Notice how Bashar swatted a mosquito in the form of this man's next question. I found the questioner more inline with love and understanding thab Bashar on this one. Very poor performance!
  15. booom omg mind=blown tyhnaks <-misspelled to show mind=blown
  16. ofcourse by all means walk the path, but dont present it as superior. The guy on the left of this picture is much more enlightened because he admits to not know what he is talking about.
  17. Sadhguru is living an authentic life, for another it would mean to paint for a third it would express in any way shape or form. Ways, shapes and forms are not the Truth, they can only be an approximation of Truth. I love Sadguru's song and I love the bird's songs too.
  18. Metaphysician thinks he knows what he is talking about, still doesn't. Seems to me the same ego trap of the guy on the left is present in the guy on the right. Both think they know it all. A qualified spiritual being is one who accepts not knowing and allows the universe to fill his empty cup with what is. Stop intellectualising and stop with this elitist spirituality/truth bs.
  19. +1 but also give luvvv to all others <3 I send love to the guitarist, even though I send him to cognitive resonance land every time we speak. I do it out of love ?
  20. @4201 no self is equivalent to selfless. Selfless desires Selfless beliefs Selfless action Selfless means not to expect an outcome to be a certain way.
  21. Leo's teachings are very next level and I often find myself contemplating and only in hindsight I have these Aha! Moments and Leo was right. Actually there are as many Leos as there are forum members - everyone has an image of him in their mind. The true Leo is not known to us. Actually I have had a dream with what I deem to be Leo's highest self. I've only had this with a small select number of people. Maybe it was to help me, which it definitely did, but also perhaps to return the favour. I have already shared with Leo things from this dream where he was one of the most genuine, authentic and sage-like, friendly, no-bullshit human I've ever seen with a very simple yet amazing life. The most direct teacher, he showed me I am the entire dream and will never forget this. It was really him, but perhaps in the highest form, but I am also far from my highest self so I am not judging anyone especially not Leo, who is way ahead. I love Leo and thank for all he has done. He actually said himself that success is one of the worst things that can happen for your spiritual development, because its very easy to fall pray to the ego. Perhaps more love centered approach is needed. Maybe he has just gotten a-stray for a bit? Maybe I don't know what the fucj im talking about also im fine with that too.
  22. I think this is just a dynamic meditation that one can do whenever, it is simply becoming aware of being that field in which all sensations and conceptions arise. I guess the original poster uses all these labels to describe the practice so the reader can actually understand, but it's really simpler than that in practice - not mechanical. As you said, you just sit. You just walk. I think this practice is like that, natural, if taken into practice. For example right now, I just write and this experience is dying every second. Every word I write comes into existence and dies. I give my words as offerings to the eternal. In a loving, joyful way, aligning with the divine by not grasping or seeking to hold on to anything. Not holding on to any state, not any word, not any sensation or feeling. Who is doing that? Well It is a happening and the wider awareness sees the human typing this. It's like a continuous offering of all experience to this one knowing that sees the event happening within it. It's like every experience - good/bad, all dual experience, is an offering to the nondual space which is the only reality.. I do agree with you that there's quite a bit of ADHD and trying to get some cool effect, taking drugs to induce nondual states and so on. I think we actually need to try our hardest to have a real dual state instead of achieving a nondual state (which is All the freaking time if duality is seen for what it is). Now that takes real effort, commitment and holding on to rigid beliefs and ideas to achieve.
