If you move in space you move in time, space and time are interconnected entities, one implies the other, if there is space, there is time. On the other hand that which is real is outside space and time, consciousness is that within which space andd time are allowed to exist and be known.

Close your eyes, sit comfortably, cross legged. I use pillow support, because I dont want distractions of discomfort. Center yourself in Being and take deep breaths. Just breathe and start looking in your headspace, while also noticing and being That which is looking. Distance yourself from what you're seeing, and start exploring what is real. Look for Light in that space, look for your best friend Jesus, ask where he is and search for Him honestly. You will not want to do this if your life is going great, but remember for when shit hits the fan, look for Jesus. If you start seeing perhaps flashes of light, you are probably on the right track. I saw a white dot and flickering flashes of light.

Look at the empty space with eyes towards the third eye area, or straight forward. Put all your attention on that and nothing else. Be extremely focused. Do it with eyes open too, if you wish, notice the empty space infront of you and be extremely focused, seeing everything else in the periphery of the empty space. All the images and experiences, you are focused intently on the emptiness, the pool of consciousness itself

I absolutely relate. Just yesterday, I was able to visualise in my minds eye, and I immediately turned from the spiritual to visualising sexual things. 😅 the pull is strong. After all, its still Consciousness, the observer is still there whether the images seen are R rated or not. So in practice, I dont see a problem, as long as you remain as awareness. Actually, you do these things when you are alone, right? You wouldn't do them when someone else is watching. You don't judge yourself for doing it. Sexual desire is natural. But yea, I would say obsessive lust is a problem.

Just like inbreath and outbreath, knowing and not knowing are equally important. There needs to be a balance. Sometimes knowing everything is NOT desirable. There are things you DONT want to know. Sometimes you get to know them, and you need to have a way to Unknow them. To forget.

That was the entire dream, it was just an experience of making out, and it was so real and amazing, you would think i was in my "physical" body, but I knew that I wasnt. I just loved the experience so much I tried to go with it, and try hard not to awaken from it and keep going lol. My point is, that whoever was making out with that girl in my dream is the same one here now. Consciousness. My "physical" body was definitely not there, and there definitely wasnt a physical tongue that was making out with me, but it felt like there was! It was so physical, yet I know it wasnt.

I just think you can do the most important thing, being aware of awareness, while not taking psychedellics as well? We all store our own private DMT, Some activate it through meditation, I think meditation needs to be the most promited thing. Its free, legal, your own space. Some just cant take psychedellics, its illegal in many places.

Recently in another thread, I got prompted to watch a video about spacetime,and I was astounded how the video creator was speaking about Spacetime in the same way Spiritual individuals might speak of Consciousness - The canvas, as in, the most fundamental thing, that which allows us to be, that which allows the painting, life, etc. (1) It is logical to believe spacetime can exist without conscious agent (?), as in, the conscious agent may arise after certain unconscious spacetime events. (That's pretty much the normal "atheistic" view of the world, and I myself held it as true for a long time so its nothing insane to me, and probably to you too, if you forget about nonduality conditioning). (2) On the other side are those who believe/know that consciousness is fundamental, and is outside of spacetime and therefore primary and spacetime is just a result of it, basically the idea flipped, and making a Conscious "God entity" / non-entity which "created" spacetime itself, for further more complex paintings, life, but also "exist" independently of Spacetime and is completely untouchable and eternal. Why does one have to be wrong and the other right? Can there be a way we can say both of these are true? Paradox? Your thoughts on any of this? I find both these fascinating. I never watch something to agree with it or deny it, I simply love exploring and taking in new ideas from all directions. Fire your own at me.
