@Barna great to hear this. I have a question. Do you still identify more strongly with being a human being or with being the empty consciousness? Since you are everything within consciousness too, that would mean you are also the body and mind? Unless by gone Ego you mean Mind is gone. I'm not understanding this, but cause im trying to explain with my mind. How come you're the space, but you still have a heart and smile etc, isnt that the bodymind that the idea is to disidentify from... Or is it the case that you are also them as much as conciousness, because there's nothing else? I dont know this for certain though, it's not proven And I dont see how to prove it. This question is also towards myself, because I seem to from time to time deny being the body mind even though it feels I am exactly that.

Not really, but once about a few months back, I had the brilliant idea to "end this misery" and kill myself. (Some big stuff had happened that my Ego could not live with) However I decided, since im gonna die, at least let me sit as much as possible in meditation Without caring for my legs hurting or anything else. In fact I thought it would be sweet to just kill myself through meditation. So this was my longest sit to this day, I gave it everything and it was even in lotus. Well, there was a point where my entire body started vibrating and I was sweating and there was pain, a lot of it. Once I could not go any longer, I was so exhausted, but also I felt soo good inside my body. I no longer wanted to leave it, no longer felt trapped. I just wanted to go to bed and sleep it off. It was glorious.

Nice one! The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had (like the song) There was one night in which I dreamt... Walking to work, but suddenly I decided to go on a path towards the forest. This made my dream turn to a real adventure. Then at one point I was jumping bridges and fell and died. Heard voices saying, "thats it" or something like that. It felt like they were queueing the dreams The next one I jumped at three dogs to save some guy that was afraid and I died. Queue the next dream here Love dreams, but they should also not become an obsession, which I am close to. And I always always fail to fully put into words the actual experience. Ive had such dreams I wouldn't be able to put in words, because id have to write a book that nobody will read (and thats only for what is remembered)
