  1. We already established, if you are correct then enlightenment does not bring happiness, because there will be no me to experience it. So basically you are sending me for a wild goose chase in order to satisfy your ego?
  2. Who knows this? How does a "who" know this, if it's only the experience of a "no-who"?
  3. Then you are lying that happiness is my default state
  4. Irrelevant. Eckhart Tolle has stated that we live in a conscious universe. That everything is conscious. Has nothing to do with you becoming a plant. Don't go on such long tangents based on assumptions, it's hard to understand.
  5. I don't think thats the opposite of what Leo is saying. It's definitely not the opposite of what Eckhart Tolle is saying though.
  6. You are awareness, now move on. To experience and trully know you are awareness, you must simply be aware.
  7. @Ibn Sina Before Brahma was, I am Funny, if you move the letters around in Brahma and add an a you get Abraham.
  8. If that Brahma character has qualities, then he is not able to be ever present. Awareness is ever present and awareness creates reality - it doesn't matter if it's intentional or not. That's the true God.
  9. You have an allergy towards words? Perhaps use the Bulgarian version: Бог
  10. Created by us means created by God. You are separating yourself from reality
  11. The thing is, even if Brahma is what you say it is, some sort of creator, it is Brahman that created Brahma, so actually Brahman is the creator.
  12. Meaning of God is the ever present creator. That's awareness, awareness is God, I don't see a problem with the definition. Awareness is also nothing, so God indeed does not exist, God is the empty space in which all "else" exists.
  13. If you don't see the connection, doesn't mean it's not there. The separation comment is pretty obviously related to what is being discussed: aka focusing on the inner world rather than the outer (inner outer separation) .
  14. Being addicted to what is within is a safe addiction, because you will have access to it your whole life.
  15. Leo has shared that in one of his deepest trips the best word he could use to describe what was happening was God. Perhaps there is something we don't know, don't just let your logical mind take over such things.
  16. "I am" is the first person singular of "To be". Being, or "Iam-ness", is verifiable by present moment experience. What is not verifiable is the identification "I am this" or "I am that" / being this or that mental or physical object. That is what we call Ego. But being / I-am-ness is not Ego, because it is not made out of thought, it is made out of awareness - instant knowingness.
  17. Absolutely so. Trees are more still and silent than even Eckart Tolle
  18. Have you ever stared at a tree for a long period of time and feel the stillness in that, feel the completeness and perfection of a tree? Feel it within you? Do it! do it!
  19. If you've ever seen an animal, you would know they thoroughly enjoy being. To say they don't appreciate it is a delusion. The mind doesn't always help in appreciating being, it usually works in the opposite direction in fact, that's the reason spirituality is needed in the first place.
