I wouldn't call it vegan. I would just call it a balanced whole food diet without processed foods. Processed vegan burgers are as bad as processed meat burgers.

It is funny how this guy is called something funny and I never caught myself laughing with him but laughing at him. @Something Funny because I’m not vegan it doesn’t mean I don’t have vegan days. Today I’m eating vegan. Tomorrow I’m not. The problem with you is that you think black and white. This forum has the inclination to call everything "shame" and "guilt" related when they don't understand the topic. If somebody is cocaine addicted, the negative effects of his drug abuse is not shame and guilt around his abuse. The topic is much deeper. It is a total bastardization of psychology. There are two specialists talking about very deep topics related our deep biology/psychology and there are some hillbillies just brushing it off "nah, you are just ashamed about your porn use"..

Personally I don't think they went on a side quests. They are trying to connect their fields of study and just brain storming. It is amazing that they do this for free and put it on youtube. Your aversion is definitely something you should look into. It is almost like an addict who doesn't want to hear the music when it is told the truth about their little fun time. I completely take it back if it is not true. That is how it works for guys too. It is called hedonistic adaption.

Limits and boundaries are needed for finite things. I recently understood this: if there is no boundary to a body all of its energy would escape and nothing would be able to exist. That is why boundaries are important in relationships too. This was a huge blind spot for me thinking having no boundaries would maximize my potential. How wrong was I.

My healthy is precious. I’m not putting that crap in my body. As you said, lentils, beans and rice will get boring very fast and body craves meat you keep feeding it processed bull and vitamin pills. This is human abuse. Veganism was never a thing in human history. It is a new thing and I think it will be looked back upon as smoking cigarettes. Something healthy but not healthy at all. If you buy local fresh cut meats it is actually very affordable, healthy and good for the environment. Much better than flying in those avocados from all over the world and creating a big carbon foot print. Normally I don’t go on a crusade against anything but these vegan shit needs to stop. They are ruining people. And they are not content with ruining themselves. They are hell bent on spreading their ideology like a religion. So we must crush them in conversation with decisiveness and conviction.
