Using Teal Swan's completion process on low doses of 5-MeO-DMT is the best thing I have ever done towards dealing with root causes of my emotional issues. I didn't find anything that comes close to that level of healing, but it's also something that requires a tremendous amount of emotional strength. I am happy I came across her work.

READ THIS FIRST! #### Tips for Improved Safety and Efficacy: - Use the MINIMAL necessary amount of water to simplify the process. - AVOID EXCESSIVE HEAT to prevent the degradation/burning of HCl salt and maintain potency. - Conduct this process in a well-ventilated area to minimize exposure to potentially harmful fumes. - Keeping experiments on a small scale is recommended for safety and accuracy. - Aim for larger clumps during collection for easier handling. #### Required Materials: - HCl salt - Sodium Carbonate (NOT baking soda) - Toothpick for mixing - Soup Spoon as a mixing vessel - Candle for controlled heating #### Recommended Ratio: Use a 4:1 ratio of HCl salt to Sodium Carbonate. For example, combine 40mg of the HCl salt with 10mg of Sodium Carbonate. #### Step-by-Step Process: 1. **Weighing the HCl Salt**: Accurately weigh the HCl salt needed. (I suggest using Micro Scoops.) For instance, 40mg. 2. **Placing the HCl Salt**: Place the weighed HCl salt in the center of the spoon. 3. **Measuring Sodium Carbonate**: Weigh out the Sodium Carbonate precisely. Use 10mg to match the earlier example. 4. **Mixing the Components**: Mix the Sodium Carbonate and HCl salt together on the spoon with a toothpick. 5. **Preparing for Heating**: Light the candle, but wait before placing the spoon over the flame. 6. **Adding Water**: Add ONE or TWO drops of water to the spoon, avoiding direct contact with the mixture initially. 7. **Incorporating Water**: Use the toothpick to gently mix the water into the chemical mixture. 8. **Controlled Heating**: Hold the spoon above the candle flame, stirring continuously. Remove from heat when the mixture begins to foam, but keep stirring. (Do not let it evaporate! I actually got slightly high during this process.) Repeat the process until you achieve a paste-like consistency. 9. **Observing the final product** The finished product should be a moist, tan, clumpy powder, similar in texture to wet brown sugar, with minimal oily residue. 10. **Drying the Freebase**: Spread the freebase powder on paper to dry. It will remain somewhat sticky. 11. **Final Analysis**: After drying, the freebase is ready for further examination. 12. **Storage Recommendations**: Store the freebase in a silicone/glass/plastic container.

It's a heat sink, meant to take away some heat while inhaling.

@Leo Gura What about e-mesh? I don't think there is anything more efficient and portable as e-mesh. It's easy to gather parts needed to build it.

You wanna say you’ve never touched yourself? Ignore the potential double meaning behind my question -
Ocasionaly we also eat cats.

Damn @Lila9 , that was beautiful. You make life sound like a love letter.

As I already pointed out in a PM a month ago.

Letho, I’d choose you as the new Pope over Leo Gura any day.
-
I heard he recently became the Christian Pope. That’s how deep the corruption runs. Now he’s harvesting likes and blind faith straight from the Vatican!

I vape it on E-mesh. It's super fast and intense. I’d rather plug it, if only it actually worked on me.
-
Same here. I guess our asses just aren’t made for breakthroughs!
-
Exactly. It’s pretty much like getting hit in the head with a sledgehammer while riding the wildest roller coaster in the universe.

You can use it as your first psychedelic-nothing matches the intensity and radicality of 5-MeO. You won’t be prepared anyway. It’s good you’re planning to do it with a facilitator, since you don’t know how your body will react. I’ve had wild experiences with it- some could’ve gone very badly. Even with a trained guide, educate yourself on dosage, ROA, and the nature of the experience. Also, work on your traumas beforehand - this compound can unleash all your buried pain at once, and that’s not pleasant. That being said: Put all expectations aside. Learn to relax. Breathe. Open your body. And most importantly -trust.

What is the thing with this Logo. Why are you people always showing it in negative context? -

Good start Leo XIV, good start! No wonder he is chosen for this role. -
Hi @Leo Gura Before starting this work, I thought I had a pretty clear idea of what enlightenment meant for a human. But after dozens of awakenings, the concept now seems laughable to me. I have no clue what these “enlightened teachers” actually mean when they say they've reached enlightenment. I’ve reclaimed my authenticity, placed truth at the center of my life, and started building from scratch at the age of 33. Not more, not less. So my question is: Why does the idea of enlightenment now seem more childish with every awakening I experience? Is the idea of achieving enlightenment just a trap designed to keep us dreaming? What is enlightenment, really? After you finish rolling around on your scooter, I hope you can take a minute to share your perspective. Thanks in advance.

I see no-self realization as sudden knowing that all that ever happened came solely from your mind. But realizing emptiness/nothingness is deeper. It reveals not just the illusion of the "you", but the illusory nature of all reality itself. -

Yeah, nothing fancy. Just dissolving into the void before morning coffee. -

Nah, nothing too radical. Just lying on cold concrete, merging with the universe, dissolving into cosmic oatmeal. Basic stuff. -

Yes, there’s clearly way more depth than most of them are pointing to. “No-self” feels like level 1 spirituality at this point. But I get why people are drawn to teachers with slow robotic voices. It feels authoritative, even when it’s sometimes just surface. Appreciate the reminder... “Enlightenment” sounds objective but means wildly different things to different people. Thanks! -

Yeah, that kind of boundary collapse happened too. But my process wasn’t really based on that idea. Words like “collapse of self” feel too small to describe what’s actually going on. -

Yes. As for the “sense of self,” I am not sure focusing on it helps. Chasing definitions often blocks real insight.
