  2. @InfinitePotential What substance did you take and what dose?
  3. to be honest im more shocked Leo said channelling is real
  4. I am still watching the video. Blown away by the courage Leo has to post the video My respect has grown even more for Leo now.
  5. Lsd can last much longer . I've dosed on 400 mg of test lsd and was tripping balls for 10 hours
  6. Sometimes before my night time Kriya Practice I smoke weed, it really enhances the practice for me anyway
  7. Attend a 10 day Vipassana retreat. You will learn how to meditate properly and it will change the way you look at meditation. For myself now after completing the 10 day course my daily meditation practice of 1 hour is nothing. Before the retreat i had trouble sitting for 30 minutes, but now after completing 10 hours meditation for 10 days 1 hour does not seem long to me anymore
  8. i recently did a 10 day vipassana retreat , now I can really see the value in retreats. Besides Vipassana what other types of retreats have you tried or heard about ? I want to research and plan my next retreats
  9. Do some form of MMA you like that has sparing i started bjj awhile ago after hearing joe rogan talk about it. Bjj is great for mental toughness , it's hard stuff i really do think for men doing some form of martial arts is amazing for mental health. It also gets you in touch with the animal inside ?
  10. I hate to bump this thread but I'd love some opinion from you guys @Leo Gura
  11. I'd really appreciate if someone with experience can help answer these questions for me. 1) Ujjayi Pranayama i can not do 10-15 second inhales. I think right now im only doing 4-5 second inhales. Over time will this naturally progress ? Since right now im only able to do 4-5 second inhales should my exhales also be the same ? 2) OM JAPA While doing OM JAPA do you have to keep your eyes point up at Brumadya? How long do you pause at each chakra, a few seconds? I''m having trouble smoothly repeating OM while moving onto the next Chakras. Every time i move to a new chakra i take a breath and start repeating OM again
  12. does not matter at all, but if you are using a chair make sure you are sitting up straight and not using the back support
  13. The few Psychics i have called up all asked for my full name and phone number. I am curious why they also ask for my last name this screams bad sign to me they could try to find information about me online with that info
  14. Yes , imagine you are looking from the back of your head forward at the point between your eyebrows @DnoReally I don't know about others but I haven't skipped anything. I've skimmed through most of the book and what I think the author is doing is slowly progressing you to harder techniques. Start slow , step by step
  15. @PsiloPutty the retreat was amazing. I got some pretty deep insight into myself. Going into the retreat I thought I'd learn a lot and get some pretty deep insights into life. But , I learned it's a process and I don't know shit. My daily meditation practice is much better than before the retreat , night and day difference . Before my retreat I had trouble sitting for longer than 30 mins. Since the retreat I do 1 hour every morning. After dismissed at night you just go to bed. if you are on the fence about doing it just do it! I wish I did this years ago
  16. @Dovahkiin Meditating 2 hours a day at home can not be compared with doing a retreat. At the retreat its silence for 10 days , you can not talk for the 10 days (unless to ask questions regarding the technique). This is a HUGE part of the retreat and should not be underestimated

  18. Please be careful. Tim Ferris spoke about taking mushrooms on a vipassana retreat and it ended up being too much
  19. If you can try psychedelics a low dose of mushrooms or lsd . But if this is your first dark room retreat don't use psychedelics. The darkness alone should be powerful
  20. I know this is off topic but I'm curious where will you do the retreat ?
  21. Hey guys besides kriya yoga are you doing any other forms of yoga ? I"m looking at Hatha yoga it looks interesting
  22. Have no expectations , go in open minded and ready to surrender
