While I do believe vipassana is good in a retreat setting I don't think it is powerful for daily practice. There are much stronger spiritual practices but at the end of the day do whatever practice you enjoy the most -

@MrBabar My mistake I meant Supreme kriya pranyama. I find it very difficult because i don't know where to focus. You need to do so many different things at once -
weird question..who cares

ok..I tried supreme kriya pranyama this morning. It does feel very powerful but it also feels too technical to me. Doing Kechari mudra, shambhavi mudra AND doing the Om's at the crown chakra is a lot to do at the same time -

I might try the supreme kriya fire. I just don't enjoy doing the oms -
Who knows. It's easy for us to make this assumption and that's all it is an assumption. We have not seen Leo interacted with other people much.

I can tell from your post you are a smart guy man. While it's important to know the end goal you don't want to focus on it. The only thing that has helped me is focusing on things step by step. Take things as they come, otherwise, you are going to worry too much. Can't remember the book from Leos book list but the author says whenever times in life get hard you should say, "this is where the fun begins"

I'd suggest doing Kriya during the times you can meditate privately -

What are your thoughts on Yogiraj SatGurunath Siddhanath he has nailed the yogi look perfectly? From what I've found online he seems to be the most popular kriya teacher -

Hey guys which form of Pranayama are you doing and how long do you stick with one pranayama to see results? I've been doing the same form of prayanama now for around 6 months and while its great i can't help but think i should try others -

Are you still using it? Does it have much effect on your meditations? -

This is beyond even what the yoga sutras say about siddhis. Do you think people get to this point through meditation? While on this topic you said in your concentration video that you need serious concentration to develop PSI. Since you've now been meditating seriously for awhile have you had any strange psychic events? -
It'd be used if users who work remotely comment their opinions
-
@Shiva Good points. I think il begin with learning Social media marketing and copywriting. Hopefully it is not too difficult to find remote work
-
no input?

Can't believe to see this post. For the last few days I have been thinking about the same thing. I'd also add social media marketing to the list.

@7thLetter I'm dropping but still require capital to spend on ads. Why foreign exchange not crypto?

I always want to add my current job requires a lot of overtime, usually do not leave the office until around 7pm. Which means it's around 8pm by the time I have arrive at home and showered. At this moment I am considering to quit the full time job (even though i dont have much in savings) and find part-time work. This should free up a lot of time and energy for me to be working on my business. If i do this I'd have to be very disciplined and strict with myself. In the past, I'd just end up wasting all my time and not working on business / life purposes

@Hello from Russia Working on e-commerce business @7thLetter Sounds like you are in a good position to really focus on your business. What type of business do you have?
