Leo's video ahout childhood vows. My favourite is - connect with all of your negative thoughts, question all of your negative emotions. Think about trauma in your childhood. Meditate. search for video - Julien himself, the hpiness manifesto, he gives a technique by the end of the video that is extremely effective

@Juan Cruz Giusto They´re you. They are existence. They are. Being is love. You are. Therefor you love. Ego´s like "IMA LIKE YOU, you with the red hair. BUT YOU!!! YOU WITh THE BlONDE HAIR! YES! YOU IN the BACK! YOU I do NOT LIKE". Atman doesn´t pick who to love. -

@RossE To attain enlightenment you simply need to become the person that is able to handle it. That´s the purpose of meditation. That is the self-improvement aspect. -

You choose to grow out of your suffering, you don't choose enlightenment. There are no practices towards enlightenment, there are only practices that make you more "ready" for it. Meditation has nothing to do with enlightenment, it had everything to do with self-improvement. -

@RossE If you truly "wanted" enlightenment, you'd be enlightened instantly. -
@IndependantKouhai No, it is not self-improvement oriented in that sense.

@Christian Just become more grounded in yourself, in your reality, and stop being reactive. You will easily overpower his frame by non-reactiveness. Dont try to change him!!!

Yo. So. When I feel an emotion, I always dissolve it through midfulness. It is by now absolutely natural. I feel this very cool energy raising from my legs slowly going through the base of my spine into my lower chest area. Is that dissolved emotional energy? Aka dissolved pain-body? Is that what one calls Kundalini? Im pretty supre about the "Is that dissolved emotional energy? Aka dissolved pain-body?". That is it. I know that. But I don´t know where Kundalini comes into play. Is that something different, or is this what is meant by it? :-)

@Michael119 she gets like so much hate on yt, Only for that I would say she's legit. She didn't back off after being called many weird things, that takes groundedness. As with everyone though. Take what you need and leave it. -
@Motus Sorry can´t right now, but I recommend the read. You seem like someone who´d love it.
-
@Motus Have you read the Book of not knowing? There´s an example with that (Peter Ralston)

Heyy, I´d like to share my vision of a full human being - an ideal which is universal, and we can all aspire to. A full human being. Do you know these people, who just walk into a room, and the whole place suddenly lights up? Have you ever seen someone, and felt that you can connect with them instantly? That they just get you? That they are the ones who will understand, and won't pass judgement? Those can be some of your experiences of what a "full human being" looks from the outside. What are the traits of a FHB? Highly intuitive Isn't easily disturbed Always looking to add value absolute non-neediness certain glow around them great sense of humour can relate to various kinds of people isn't afraid of challenges is great at giving advice is a great emphathizer is compassionate is loving has a great sense of aliveness, deep relationship with life and reality. Now we could go on and on, but I'm sure that you get the gist. Now what is the way of becoming like such an individual? The process isn't that complicated really, and at the same time, it is the most difficult thing you will have ever done. It is simply to let go, of all of your emotional baggage. It doesn't fulfill any function anymore. It doesn't give anything to you or to anyone else. So simply let go. Let yourself scream! Let yourself cry! Surrender yourself to anger, sorrow and loneliness. Embrace all the trauma you carry. Empty your emotional storage. Let the energy out. Let it all out. It is ok. It no longer serves you. It is the only thing that stands between you, and the full human being. Let it go. That is the process, of becoming a full human being.

@jse u realise that the whle functionality of Actualized.org is exactly like that picture you posted right? Its a school, Leo being the teacher. You guys are in the role of a student.
-
@Bronsoval Oh and... expect lots of discomfort, it is not necessarily pleassant process. SELF-LOVE!!! k? Leo has a kickass visualisation for that.
-
@MHarris I love normal books, it´s like a whole ritual.
-
@Bronsoval Whenever there is an emotional trigger, observe it, follow the emotion. Think about what annoys you and question the shit out of it. Think about what you desire and question the shit out of it. Think about your childhood - what was dysfunctional there? Remember any times you felt uncomfortable?

Is it just me? Or has anyone noticed that Leo is following the same path as NARUTO UZUMAKI! He shall train his sage mode, perfect his sage art, and BECOME HOKAGE!

@JoseM Tai looks super fake and autistic. I don't know why but he comes off as very inauthentic in all of his videos. If people say he's charismatic im like "u joking? This guy cant even hold an eye contact."
-
@Leo Gura After doing lots of consciousness work and research, would you consider yourself to be a more quality life-coach? (even though you don't do sessions anymore), and if so, what would be of greater effect - expanded awareness or more knowledge?
