Yo you're totally defeating the whole purpose of meditation. It is better not to meditate at all than stress yourself over "AM I DOING THIS RIGHT? OMG I JSUT DIDNT ACCEPT WHAT IS! IS THIS ACCEPTING? OHOHOH DID I ACCEPT ENOUGH??...." Just... just stop, stop =D. Let it go, do what you feel like doing. If you don't feel like meditating, it may be not the worst thing in the world to invest your time in different activities! Meditation is not a cure-it all, eventhough it often is made up to be. It is a tool for you to realize that you are the cure-it all. And if it doesn't feel good to you, aka the cure-it all, it is counter-productive.

@TeamBills no, emotions will give you exactly the life you wish for. They will reflect the kind of life you have. Release negative emotions, and positive life will take place automatically.

@nick96 1. Personality - constitant role or mask you adopt, in order to function. This needs to be shattered to pieces. 2. Embodiment of your highest inner values. That is a never-ending blissful and rewarding journey. You can switch personalities once you get to higher levels of PD. People may consider you "fake" afterwards, because you won't be consistent with their image of you, but that is quite alright. You simply choose to embody different opinions as you act as a mirror for others more and more.

Wait what why? If it feels good, then go for it. Be smart, but go for it. And then so what feels goos from that place. Thats the quickest way to allign yo ass.

@John Flores I have a fundamental disagreement with the execution of justice you seem to lean towards. But that's just my soft nature. I once heard "an angel" talk of Hitler. He mentioned he was angry towards Father that he let him do such unjustice onto jews. But later he found out that he served as a catharsis for lost Jewish souls who were burried in needs of posession and money. So in the grand scheme, Hitler did fit in.
