  1. @Dan Arnautu dont focus on chakras. They are too simplistic. Its just an orientation tool. Do emotional healing practices, that can from time to time include yoga exercises that supposedly work for a certain chakra. Tey are all connected, intertwined and there are many more than 8 throughout your body. That being said, shorter answer to your question would be Yes.
  2. @100rockets The post, not the comment I copied. Emotional healing.
  3. @AstralProjection whats it what they say on this forum? Naive realist? Hehe No sorry thats not true either. Anything I do on earth I dont do for "afterlife". That's a waste of a life. All success comes from inside out.
  4. @Dodoster Oh dude Bentinho is next level shit teacher. Give it a go I promise you wont regret.
  5. @AstralProjection No. You realize the quality of consciousness it represents, (or lets say value for the lack of a better word) for example freedom or feeling of worthiness, and then you visualize yourself already feeling worthy, until you truly embody it. That is how you self-actualize through desires. Dont get no ferari thats silly.
  6. @Toby didnt read. Ego = overstimulated nervous system. Thoughts = verbal manifestation of the NS.
  7. @AstralProjection thats exactly how its supposed to work. Every lack-based desire is irrational, suffering causing and inefficient. It may helo you with motivation in the short run only to realize you are unfulfilled in the long run.
  8. @aryberry no, attachment to enlightenment is an obstacle. But the last one to worry about. . And you are quite right that its likely to dissolve once you release the quality you unconsciously project onto the idea of it and acrivate it within your consciousness.
  9. @Emerald Noo this is motivation. Good shit keep at it. Attahment to enlightenment is the last thing to worry about. Attachment to experiences of success and such are the obstacles.
  10. Become conscious of how unfulfillong your life is. If you derrive your contentment from it, you are selling yourself short on your experience in life. And use this as a motivation. How amazing would it be for your child to have a liberated mother, encouraging it to live the life of freedom and joy by example. How beautiful would the energy of your home feel, if you realized the goddess that you are.
  11. @Dan Arnautu dont worry homie. Some awakenings are rude but for a purpose. Believe me when I say that in the big picture it was exactly as it was meant to happen.
  12. @Dan Arnautu you are most welcome. I see this trap in so many poor people in here that I couldnt help myself and created this guide.
  13. Cleasing chakras, shadow-work, healing the inner child, releasing karmic debts, spiritual purification, releasing negative beliefs. All of this is one thing. Lets just call it healing for lack of a better word. Liberation, detachment, recognition of the Self, enlightenment, self-realization. Those two paths are not in conflict. They compliment each other. When yoo suffer, choose healing. When you crave freedom, choose self-realization. This is the two-fold path to wholeness, that every soul must undertake on this planet.
  14. @username and sluts for Mooji and Eckhart Tolle sex dolls? Sure!
  15. @username Oh hang on, you still have much to learn padawan. In the future there are great things for you and gifts to you and to man-kind. Talking to aliens Seeing and communicating with angels and other beins Healing Wisdom Sensing energy Great intuition and manifesting a penthouse in Vegas with loads of sluts and coke at your disposal (like scratch the rest, this is the important one)
  16. @Loreena And I literally mean <3 hahaha
  17. @Loreena Its the light that I am shining forth thats hurting your inner darkness.
  18. @electroBeam Idk if you saw it, I just remembered replying to you about shadow-work so here's how you do it mofo =D.
  19. @Saba Hey Saba, thank you for sharing. Anxiety and panic are tricky emotions because they are secondary. Secondary in a sense that there is a deeper cause going on behind them. The important part is to sort out through the anxiety to be able to "cut to the chase". There you shall find different feelings, often times in the likes of sorrow and despair. Anxiety, as a secondary emotion, appears out of self-abandonment. The way back to wholeness is through self-love. So go for it. I encourage you to make self-love and self-acceptance your number one priority for now! <3. There are different ways to self-love, in fact there are as many ways as there are people. So I highly encourage researching different self-love techniques and experiment with it! However (Shameless selflpug lol) also highly recommend reading a guide I Recently posted here on emotional healing. There is a segment on self-love. In essence, what you seem to need to do, is to reclaim your inner child, reconnect with it. How, that is up to you, here are some suggestions. Good luck, much love! :-)
