@Kuba I almost feel like a guy on AA meeting admitting that I drank 6 bottles of vodka last week :D. I am not that much of a book-person. I have read like 2 books this year I think. However what I have been more tempted to do is watch videos and lectures of non-dual teachers. I feel like you can get much better gist of what they are actually teaching. Partially because your mirror neurons just might fireing off the state of mind they are in, giving it extra value. And Eckhart TOlle has massive video-library on youtube with Q/As. I bought the power of now, and gave it to my parents because they cant speak english. I read it. I liked it... kinda. But it was just so very... lets say shallow with the depths and beauty this topic goes into! :-) So I recommend following his video-content.

@electroBeam The awareness is always there. Let love be the anchor, the bridge that connects you, your attention to it! :-) What could go wrong? More love in your being? WOW! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! That is the beauty of the heart-centered path. Even if you don'tacheive liberation (which you will) WHO GIVES A CRAP. The amount of goodness and love you accumulate is.... I sometimes lose all words for what I feel.

@Evilwave Heddy And thank you for that man! I never had a problem with "I love you" In English, and never considered that to be a problem since I started thinking in English since I was like 15. However There seems to be a negative connotation in my native tongue! Lovely! haha

@electroBeam I know that video haha! Watched it a long long time ago. I even did the practice several times! I got some nice emotional work done at the beginning of my journey like a year ago. Yes you can! You can use "I am a flying elephant that speaks to pink aliens whilst sucking a mosquitos dick" if that feels good to you. You get your energetical state in alignment more. Words are kind of empty in a sense. Meaningless. It is the energetical state or emotional drive behind them that makes affirmations powerful! Its always about the state! HOWEVER! THAT BEING SAID YO! NO, not really you can't! stick with your I love you! Why do you think I love you sounds sarcastic! Because you have been denying yourself all this love for such a long long long time! So stick with it, let the initial sarcasm and embarrassement fade away! Those are pointers showing you that it is actually working wonders! When words such as "Im awesome" "Im love" "Im amazing" "I love you" etc. Trigger contraction in your body, it is a message that there is some unexamined unconscious negative belief that is keeping you in place. So examine that, feel into that, work through that. Realize that you actually are fucking awesome, you are love, and you love!

@username I just wanna say that it Never EVER made sense to me to just meditate and do nothing and accept everything and blabla. I was always interested how to become this living moving chalice of goodness that spills out into the world and others can drink from. So teachers like Osho and all those Zen-like practices made so little sense to me. What was always attractive to me was shadow-work though, because it seemed there was a lot of love involved. And then I found profound teachers that resonated with this approach and pointed it even in the direction of self-realization. - Matt Kahn, Bentinho Massaro. That gave me confirmation to stay on my path and love more relentlessly than ever before.

@username Make I love you the thing you say to yourself the most often. To your emotions, to your heart, and to your inner child. Activate your heart-center and spread the love you find in there throughout your whole body. And then say again, I love you, relentlessly, until you anchor those words into your subconscious mind/nervous system. And it will become so automatic that every time you wake up, you will just on autopilot throw out "I love you" as first thought of the day. Point this outwards as well. Somebody pisses you off? I love you. Computer? I love you. Family member, friend, coworker? I love you. Donald J. Trump? I love you. This is a Matt Kahn practice, you can watch his talks/read his book (Whatever arises love that).

@username IN a way yeah. At the same time mindfulness is just a very very beginning stage of this. You gotta kinda notice the nervous system. But then it becomes redundant. What is really important is love! The quickest path to enlightenment (ok im not enlightened so this is a total pretense) is loving yourself relentlessly. Love yourself and watch every emotion transform into goodness. And soon enough, this goodness will start matching the bliss of existence. And as those 2 vibrations get aligned, you merge with your infinite nature.

@electroBeam Awareness is always there, it is you, its the presence. There is nothing behind YOU and IT because YOU are IT. Always have been. EGO = overstimulated nervous system You can imagine awareness being this vast sea of bliss and presence. At the same time there is this little "ball of emotions and thoughts and sensations" screaming HEEY YO LOOK AT ME! HERE! THERE'S LOADS OF SHIT GOING ON! HEY! ME! MMEEEE!! LALALAL DADADADADAD MEE MEE MEMEM MEE TOODLE DOODLE POOPY DOO So awareness is like. WOaaah. Look! There is so much interesting shit going on!!!!! Emotions, thoughts, sensations.... SO COOL! Let me identify with that so I can get to know it better! So you go and you calm down the nervous system. That is why I love shadow-work. Because until you do enough of clearing out your negative beliefs, and your emotions and recations calm down, you, as a body/mind complex will literally stop being that interesting to awareness, and you will in a sense explode into open space realizing that you have never been that interesting ball of attention seeking sensations!

@Salaam sorry I cannot take your point as valid. You are extremely biased. However let me expand on one point. Self-love doesn't equal service to self. Self love is the beginning process of developing love for all there is. You don't appreciate the possibility of how emptied of one's personal bias one can be, so they can act accordingly on every situation for the wellbeing of all. I understand that it is difficult especially when having gone through a challenge such as you described. However the most loving thing you could do is to get over yourself. It will happen eventually. This isn't naive this is very real. The problem is we don't have many people who had been emptied of personal bias enough. I can right now think of Gandhi or Jesus. Study those individuals to truly understand what absolute service to others endulges, if you wish to do so.

Careful with that. What Jung mostly meant is the necessity of waking up of the unconsciousness and integration of your shadow. The time humanity on a collective level needed darkness, is long time overdue. Now it's just senseless left-overs, where no-one really wants it anymore, everyone sees its total BS, but we just don't wanna give up our toys like children who have outgrown their barbie-houses years ago. So brace yourself! Humanity is about to integrate its Shadow. Be thankful for Trump, he is the man to create a platform for that! But don't wait in passive lotus pose meditating saying "all is well" mantras and other bullshit. Integrate your own shadow. Match up the image humanity is about to jump into ahead of its time, and you will be of great service to millions every time you integrate yet another part of your unconscious. Also you will become a leader for the new world order. Don't let this sound egotistical. It will be a loving place, it will be a compassionate teaching, it will be love and beauty harmony and joy for the wellbeing of all. And don't let for a second a doubt exist in your mind that this isn't your destiny! You would not be present at this time if it wasn't!

In the Law of one there is an explanation that makes a lot of sense. Good vs. evil = Entities oriented in service to others vs. Entities oriented in service to self. From the point of view of nonduality, the one, they are both eqauly important expressions of infinity and neither of them is prefered. However! Service to others is a more efficient way of approaching existence. Why? Because when you are service to self oriented, all other entities are seen just as mere extension of yourself. This is in a sense narcissistic view of enlightenment, which isn't wrong per se, it is just a different approach, one that lacks empathy and love isn't bursting from you into space, but it is oriented towards you and only you, not hesitating to use others in order to get your desires met. On the other hand, service to others oriented entities are having the advantage of cooperation and mirroring. They see themselves in others, not from a point of view o a narcissist, but as a mirror, and can consciously act as a mirror to others, bringing more balance, more well-being, more love and more compassion, inherently working towards creating a civilisation of very warm loving beautiful goodness. The conflict of good vs. evil is really just a game that both agree on playing, they are both part of the same consciousness, just exploring different approaches of exploring and expressing infinity. The tricky part comes in where the service-to-others oriented ones "fight" against evil. They can never "fight" against them in the manner of hate or inferiority, or anger, because whenever they approach the interaction with anything BUT love, understanding and compassion they polarize themselves to the other side of the spectrum which is SERVICE TO SELF. So in that sense, service to self would win. There is good and evil. Both are equally valid, both are beautiful, both are miraculous phenomena in existence. The question is... Are you strong enough not to fall prey to the temptations of the darkside Young Padawan?! <3
