  1. Seriously dangerous in what way(s)?
  2. I think seeking therapy, if you don’t already, would be beneficial. Perhaps one who specializes with trauma patients. There may be stuff you need help processing; it’s too scary to process it on your own at this stage. It’s nothing to be ashamed of, as I still have difficulty processing stuff on my own.
  3. True. That’s the irony of this topic. The word “truth” is misspelled “trurh” in the title, but does that make it untrue? Lol.
  4. Thank you for sharing! I relate with your journey. I’ve also been through the mental healthcare system intensely when I was younger, and it’s definitely not a walk in the park what we’ve been through.
  5. Have you considered if you may or may not have ADHD? If you feel that you relate to this video, I’d mention it to your therapist.
  6. That’s the beauty of life. As you mature on this journey, you begin to let go of expecting life to be a specific way. You allow all ways (not ignorantly, of course).
  7. Love this. My therapist also recommended to speak to my intrusive thoughts like that. Master trolling at its finest
  8. Have you seen a mental health professional before?
  9. Sounds like that’s coming from thoughts and beliefs.
  10. I’d like to take it a step further… what about matcha powder
  11. I can assure you I have several mental illnesses, and despite that, I’ve been able to access deep states of love and connectedness from time to time. You’ve got this.
  12. On the “meta level”, the person and the psychedelic are both imagined.
  13. The answer comes from the heart. Searching for an answer in the form of a thought or a belief won’t get you very far.
  14. “might be” are the key words here.
  15. I believe that I’ve experienced what you speak about very briefly, but I was too damn shocked and didn’t trust myself to dive any deeper. It’s beyond a psychedelic state or non-dual state. Kudos to you for diving deep. Meet ya there, bud
  16. Yeah, I get those thoughts from time to time. Notice how those thoughts come and go, yet you don’t.
  17. I’m also 26 years old and have been eating Lindt dark chocolate for years, haha. I’ve had so much heavy metal and toxic exposure since I was a kid that it’s become a parody at this point.
