Understanding Reality. Like, Absolutely. The rest will follow. Nope, not a trap. Remaining in human consciousness will not be sufficient for accessing higher states of consciousness. No ifs, ands, or buts about that. And I’m not talking about suicide.

Consider the possibility of there being no binary answer to this question. If you are seeking one, then that might be what’s keeping you stuck. I know exactly what that is like. Yes, it may appear like that for a while… it may even seem like there’s no way out. However, there’s more to life than what you are currently experiencing. It’s possible to expand your mind, but it won’t be easy contrary to what many spiritual teachers may make it out to be. But, if comfort is what you need at this stage, be willing to embrace that. Notice how you can watch the same movie more than once, yet observe something new that you haven’t during the previous viewing(s).

Yes, I have experienced this on high dose of ketamine. The days and months after the session is when the highs and lows were revealed to me. That’s how I know that psychedelics alone are not enough. And that’s when I became serious about taking back my life.
