Thank you, God. I will continue doing my homework. -

Love this. I left religion, only to find myself following nonduality. It’s an improvement in certain aspects, but I’m starting to see that even nonduality locks you inside a “box”. Thank you for helping us discover that there are infinite kinds of Awakening to explore. The belief that there’s only one Awakening really kept me stuck and frustrated at myself. -
This short article explains it well: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/basics/autism/neurodiversity-and-the-benefits-autism#what-are-the-benefits-of-thinking-differently I think a great example is how I spend most of my time socializing. I like to spend time in small Twitch communities. There’s a streamer live broadcasting, and there’s a chatroom. I socialize in the chatroom. I think pre-pandemic, lots of people would’ve had a paradigm that that’s not “real” socializing. I think the pandemic has opened a lot of people’s minds regarding online social interaction, and they’re open to seeing that as “real” now. Or what about VR social interaction? If, in VR I find myself in a forest with others, am I really in a forest with others or am I in my living room by myself? Hmm… Of course, I still believe there needs to be a balance between online and offline social interaction (something I still struggle with). Exactly. Thank you I have a lot of negative self talk about myself, but it’s gotten a lot better after I did psychedelic treatment last year (done legally; under medical and therapist supervision). I continue to work on it!

I think if Leo had to answer every single question he was asked on here, he would have killed himself by now. Also, he has a course coming up. It will answer your questions. Invest money into it and take the course. -

Leo’s got a course coming up. It should answer a lot of your questions. I’d work on investing your money if you’re short on it and are really serious about this. -

Same thing sorta happened when Leo introduced enlightenment way back in 2015 if I’m not mistaken. It must have caught everybody by surprise. This new stage, if you want to call it that, will be communicated organically I feel. For example, I noticed that he (or a mod) already removed the pinned topics regarding enlightenment exercises and nonduality sometime this week. -
So I got into nonduality back in 2015. However, ever since I began doing therapy with my current therapist a year ago, as well as Leo calling out nonduality, I’ve been slowly chipping away beliefs and concepts I’ve gathered from it. One of the biggest traps that still controls me to a certain degree is the idea that since there’s no doer, I have no way to change the trajectory of my life and to make my life circumstances better for myself and others. Do any of you still believe this? It seems like this concept has been a major copout for why I shouldn’t make any effort to change. Edit: heh, this is my 420th post on this forum.

I have a feeling majority of active users on here have tried serious meditation. I don’t think they would be here if that wasn’t the case. -

That’s a great reminder. I remember someone else explaining it this way: Healing is not a linear pattern. It’s like a spiral staircase. We travel upwards and frequently return to the same view. However, we look at it from a new perspective. -

I don’t know about that… I think that anyone who is crazy enough to even think about taking that course to begin with will do so regardless of any prerequisites. -

The good news is all that is imagined. Also, let’s start to look at the stuff we are criticizing or praising within ourselves. -
Real work, for me, is having the courage to question everything I believe is true. Of course not just in theory, but also deriving the answers from my own direct experience. It’s extremely challenging, especially since I mental illnesses and I’m neurodiverse. However, these days I look at these conditions as an opportunity to learn more about myself; not just as an obstacle. Real life… that’s something I’m still contemplating about. I think that idea is relative. What I see as real, you may not, and vice-versa. As I mentioned before, I’m neurodiverse. It took a long time for me to embrace that. For a long time, I tried to fit in with everyone else. I realize that that doesn’t work for me. Does that make my experience less real?

No worries, I’m sorry as well. I think we are all very charged up about this; it’s part of the process. It’s humbling all of us to how challenging this work really is. Leo’s course will hopefully dispel a lot of the confusion we all are experiencing. -
Nope, I discovered him on Twitch.
