  1. When you’re more authentic and in touch with your highest values you will have an easier time. For example, my current therapist is neurodiverse (as am I). I became open-minded to see her months after I did psychedelic treatment, which of course opened my mind. Most of my previous therapists I had very little connection to, but I kept seeing them anyway because I kept assuming that I was powerless and that they knew better than me. So before psychedelics and spirituality I was being completely inauthentic; allowing society and culture (group-think) to dictate my conditions and who I am based on their own limited assumptions. This took time to deconstruct even after I broke through with psychedelic and mystical experiences, and it’s still an ongoing process. I’m more the captain of my ship now instead of a passenger on the Titanic.
  2. When my ideas about reality were completely recontexualized. When I realized that death is an illusion. How could I die if I am Almighty Illusion?
  3. Use your imagination properly and you will not be lonely.
  4. One time I saw several driverless taxis in Austin, TX just casually driving around the streets. It was midnight; barely anyone else was out. I tried walking in front of one out of curiosity, and the mf’ing car never slowed down and nearly hit me (they were going about 30 mph)!
  5. The truth is humans are full of shit and thinking they have free will makes them even more full of shit.
  6. Sweet! I’ve been going on daily walks in the park. It’s nice to see how things change every time I go… different people, insects, sounds, feelings, etc., etc. Maybe I’ll be more adventure and try different routes, activities, take someone with me, etc., etc.
  7. There are simply things you would not be able to personally validate for yourself, at least if you are human. For example, if one person is cisgender + heterosexual and another is transgender/LGBT. The cisgender could not possibly fathom changing their gender, nor would they ever want to. It doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s inauthentic and a pretense to be transgender. But to the cisgender their bias would certainly give them the authority to say it is such.
  8. The point of this work is not to get stuck on one viewpoint, which is what you are clearly doing on this thread.
  9. I certainly appreciate how much we can bash Leo on here (to a certain degree). Imagine publicly protesting how much Jesus, the Pope and Roman Catholics sucks in Vatican City. I’m sure all their loving facades are flying out the window if you were to actually do that.
  10. @OldManCorcoran Put hand over your eyes and let’s see what happens then.
  11. Yes, at least what is under the cloth can be anything you imagine it to be. Or you can simply see a ghost. Up to you.
  12. One that is grounded is able to tolerate being real and being pretend. There’s flexibility in that, depending on what the situation calls for.
  13. The next step is to let her meditate on her own without you needing to tell her to do so.
  14. @Someone here it’s best we don’t become obsessed with Peter Ralson again. Oh dear God, please!
