  3. I am just realizing more and more that what I considered sane is actually not so sane after all. In other words, let’s be open to new and foreign states of consciousness. Responsibly and with great intuition.
  4. For me, it’s to replace them with healthier structures. Your entire life becomes a suffocation when your entire structure is suffocating.

  6. Notice how there are times in your life you can recall something unfolding perfectly, and you realize it was possible when you realize that you weren’t controlling or in control.
  7. You can reduce judgement of these thoughts and focus more on exploring the pure intelligence of the mind. Just breathe, mate!

  9. @Hojo like how you can rewatch a movie multiple times and still find new meaning or details you may have missed the previous times. The key is to explore, rather than needing things to be a particular way.

From a broader perspective, I find that people who are considered “unhelpful” members of society, such as those who are homeless, criminals, folks on disability, etc. are actually helpful in raising awareness of systemic issues we have in our society. Pushing these people away and simply blaming them for all of our problems is the bigger issue here.
  12. There are plenty of police officers, firefighters, nurses, etc. with mental illnesses of various kinds. I would assume you also consider these folks heroes.

  20. I’ve been through multiple painful breakups back-to-back in 2023. It all taught me that I need to seriously turn inward, and inward did I turn. It was helpful to have a therapist guide me throughout this entire process. Ultimately, the deepest strength and healing comes from when you derive the insights and answers to your problems all from scratch, beyond what anyone else can tell or teach you.
