I hurt someone I loved today. It’s part of the process of understanding your shadow. (I am not claiming to be enlightened by the way) -
I recommend looking into Clare Johnson

I think it’ll be hard to fathom where it’ll be in even 5-10 years. Wild

Yes. Psychedelics helped open my mind and also helped me become more authentic with myself. Even after completing them it took a bunch of integration work. And I still am improving (-:

Do you think you would have still been able to create Actualized if you never moved out of Russia? -

You can start in small ways, for example, speaking up against your own family’s corruption. -
It took a very long time and a lot of suffering for me to finally discover a therapist who gets me. She taught me powerful life skills, such as leading a life based off of autonomy and learning not to look at my life strictly through a trauma lens. Also, that therapy ultimately works best when you advocate for yourself and lead with an open heart and mind.

The assumption here is that there is a person that becomes enlightened. -

“Heyyyy…AI Leo here…”

Very cool, can’t wait to try it either! I love how it has the same name as the protagonist from Kingdom Hearts, my childhood video game. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sora_(Kingdom_Hearts)

Sweet, I saw that my own test from a few months ago showed that my B12 was a bit higher than the upper reference range. Thanks! Do you take a b complex or b12 supplement?

What’s up Doc? Don’t feed the misogyny! Hatred bugs me…

Also comes down to luck if you aren’t the most physically attractive. This took me over thousands of attempts. I don’t recommend this method, but I did win the jackpot with my current partner.

I assume you drive a car. If so, notice how you don’t think twice when you leave your house and drive. Lots of dangers on the road yet you do it anyway. I love to blast Disturbed while driving!

Just be mindful that AI content can hallucinate and say some wild, imaginative stuff that is not grounded in reality. The good news is it’s not trained to conjure up content as nefarious as the Nazi mind.

Much like how peanuts can be really nutritious and healthy for one person, yet be fatal to another. Same peanut, vastly different response. -
Yeah, this addition to the guidelines was added less than a year ago. We are an evolving community

It’s great that Nazism is no longer mainstream. Just imagine the horror they could inflict if they had access to the AI technology we have now.

I’ve had a lifetime of depression and anxiety, so I feel you on that. Ever since I discovered my partner and we’ve built up our relationship (like a solid workout routine), we’ve been starting going on daily walks together, and it’s helped us feel more joy during our walks. A partner doesn’t necessarily have to be with another human. Your partner can be a dog.

If you count laughing yoga as a form of chanting meditation, then yes

If the rumors are true of Putin being on the autism spectrum, then it’s no surprise why he is masterful. Autistic people tend to think in black and white and cut out the bs. Of course, there are very successful autistic people who live outside of an authoritarian system and use their black and white thinking in more holistic and creative ways. Rumor has it that Einstein was autistic. Black and white can also mean yinyang. -

I was at the animal shelter yesterday and approached a large dog inside of a small cage. Only a few moments of observing it up close taught me so much about the meaning of life.

Nope, I’ve never been there before. I am a huge fan of Tetris, though.
