  1. Wasn’t even thinking about my nose before you mentioned it. And couldn’t see it visually, but I immediately felt it. Amazing!
  2. @Princess Arabia Oh yeah, I’ve significantly decreased the amount of therapy I go to relative to a year ago!
  3. @Davino Sometimes my eyes can decieve me, though. I thought it was 420, but it’s currently 4:02 PM
  4. Could also frame it as “I am aware of ________”. It puts distance from you and the beliefs or thoughts. Now you can realize how many “garbage” thoughts infect your mind, and it’s your choice whether to proceed in that direction. High quality choices come from clarity of mind.
  5. It can be as simple as a cat or as complex as an alien.
  6. @OBEler I love tripping with my eyes open. Makes me realize that what I once thought was ordinary is actually extraordinary
  7. Honestly hard to choose just one. It’s like asking a musician what song of theirs is their favorite.
  8. I get that. Avoiding and denying feelings has been a serious issue for me for quite a long time, which is why I’m so grateful that I’m starting to approach them now.
  9. I am thankful for all of the times in my life that I could certainly deem as hellish or insane. Why? Because I could not be where I am today had it not been for all those experiences! Now my life purpose is greater and more holistic, and I also feel less of a victim. Those who were once my enemies I see them from a much more understanding and pure position. Developing this clarity is a possibility, but it won’t come overnight. You’ve got this
  10. Let’s cut back on the personal attacks y’all. Thank you
  11. Could also be intrusive thoughts that you don’t have to entertain or give your attention to. I have thought many disgusting things that I would never really act upon. Having mastery over your mind is key here. NO matter what kind of thoughts come in, you are prepared to handle them gracefully and intuitively.
  12. The quality in which you view a system is critical. When you zoom into a system and only see it for flaws that you need to escape from, you are missing a huge chunk of the bigger picture. It’s wise to see and feel a system from more wiser perspectives; that’s where the true healing and clarity can begin.
  13. @Davino We are all reflecting Infinity
  14. Surrender into Love. You no longer need reality to be a particular way, because any which way is Love. Even the ways in which you judge as wrong.
  15. Shorter explanations can be like powerful seeds that get planted into the proper soil. Doing so may not seem to produce much long-term fruit in the beginning, but it’ll all unfold and make more sense the more you nurture and be patient with it.
  16. Here’s a way to treat this forum more like a live-chat. You’re welcome https://www.actualized.org/forum/discover/
  17. You heal avoidance by approaching it as Love.
  18. @Consept nicely said. Being 27, I do find myself almost approaching the end of my 20s. I can now look back at how much progress I’ve made in the past decade and it is really inspiring.. So much so that I’m even inspiring my parents who are in their 60s. They’ve recently been in the process of rediscovering the drive they had back when they were my age. Life is like poetry.. it rhymes!
  19. This pointer has honestly bewildered me for the longest time. That was, until I realized that the difference between one hand clapping compared to two or eight or 99 is all relative, yet all experienced in the same fundamental Consciousness.
  20. My partner and I both experience dark times in our lives. Despite that, we ride those storms both individually and together. Also, we plan on doing couple’s therapy soon
