Is when you are grateful for being humiliated.

You love and forgive people you once considered enemies and wish them nothing but the best.

Here are some lyrics I wrote in that vein:

Thankyou for the lessons.

Thankyou for the suffering.

Thankyou for the times you made me feel like nothing

I'm so fucking grateful, for all the times you put me down

Cos I know I am able to love myself, I've come around.

Also, being able to look back at when you were literally in Hell, and being able to laugh about it.
