  25. I remember doing my first ever shamanic breathing and going all-out. I couldn’t even complete my session due to the sheer intensity. Afterwards, I was laughing uncontrollably for 20 mins straight! It was quite frightening, given that I had no experience with that kind of state at the time. I would consider that session a teaser as to what is possible with consciousness.
