Yes,this once and if one had an awakening for this, otherwise one will feel as a body inside a outside space of other things and events, people,sounds,landscapes etc.. and to be true to my experience now, now I feel as a flesh and blood body living in a environment. From my experience this is True. When Truth is the priority then Love is achieved, not human love since human love can be achieved even with deception and manipulation, like the kid being able to convince his parents to give him the dessert before the vegetables by crying or any other strategy.
