  1. Learn some usefull/artistic Skills that you admire in others or pick up an sport. I am 21 and already started feeling resentfull towards people my age once I was 18, that acomplished something in their area of expertise. Since I didnt't had one except for maybe gameing, I couldnt help but feel envious of them and discredit their achivemnets to make myself feel better. Not a great place to be in and I would like others to avoid this trap. Peronally I dealt with this resentment by starting to weigthlift and further down the line I picked up Djing and reading as hobbys.
  2. From my personal experience Marihuana consumption is alrigth and also a great alternative to painkillers. However I think Marihuana is doing harm to my self actualization procces since I cant be productive when I am high and an inclination to lethargie stays in my bones for a couple days after consumption. So if someone wants to seriously achive some longterm goal I would sugest not to take Marihuana or any drugs at all. I noticed not much negativ effects one me otherwise, just dont consume too much I know some people that got really badly hooked on it and cant go a day without being high.
  3. Start small if you try to change too mayn things at once you will drop one of them at the time and end up doing none of them at the end. I started with meditaion as my first possitiv habit on my journey and it did wonders, if you havent started it jet I recoment doing it Leo did some grest videos on this topic. Trough its benifits (more Focus ,more will power, less angst, and many more ) meditation is a great foundation for all other habits that help you personal growth if you have no starting point start here. This is the video i found most helpfull so far on meditation if you have one hour free i would encourage you to watch it.

Well, have you ever heared about NoFap, its a comunuty on reddit that tries to overcome masturbations habbits and watching porn, this is also the how I first got into perosonal development because I had a nasty porn habit at first, but trough this forum I got introduced into personal development and all this stuff. From my experience I staying away from porn and masturbation did wonders for my life I am more concentrated, feel more confident towards women, i am more open about mysel, life feels more intense in general, and many more benifits.   5. 5 min. Streching, 20 min. meditation and an cold shower is my way to start energized into the day.
  6. I would encourage you to build a morning rountine into your schedule its will have a big impact on your entire day. In my experience the morning mostly determindes how the rest of your day is gonna be. I do 5 min. streching rigth after waking up and then 20 min. meditation. After that i feel great energized and ready to start in the day. Also on the topic of sleep, from my experience 6:30-8 hours of sleep is the optimal duration for sleeping, recently i try to do a max. 30 min nap during afternoon and it does wonders, it charges your batteries after an hard day of work and you have the energy to do something productive.   7. Man its fucking awesome you discovered personal development so early in your life its unimaginable what potenial you will have once you are an adult. I wish you the best for you journey and hope you never go of track. However i disagree on the fact that the brain is set once you are an adult, recent discoveries in neurosience showed that the brain stays plastic throughout the whole life, so no mather what age you are still able do make some huge changes in your mindset.
