  1. @Zeroguy You made honor to your name! How did the Realization happen? How was the experience, could you share it?
  2. Sounds like a classic Kundalini Awakening. It's a very good sign of progress in the spiritual path but the ego can have weird reactions to it. Have you had the opportunity to investigate more about Kundalini? The point is how come you are doing all this spiritual practice and when the fruition of all the hard work comes you coil back in resistance? It's like working for years to get a paycheck and when all the money gets cashed in you freak out. Kind of a disappointing thing to happen. I know Kundalini can be challenging but trust me, it's one of the best signs that your spiritual practices are working properly. It seemed that the backlash was significant and you needed to disconnect yourself from it. Drugs seemed to make that for you. This is an unhealthy approach, although I understand why you used such a coping mechanism. I encourage you to embrace the next blessing that comes your way. Open yourself to it, surrender, trust, and fully merge with it. You'll blossom like a butterfly.
  3. Why am I thinking?
  4. All my love and best wishes for the next chapter in your life Victor It's all gonna be good. The initial resistance can be a bit challenging but as there is no alternative you get over it. Funny enough, not having a plan B makes everything easier. You are 100% committed then you do what you have to do. Sounds nice, make sure to check for vaccines and weird diseases. That sounds great man. Trips really change you. I'm sure this is right for you, given the way you speak You'll figure everything out, it's not that hard. The only REAL problem is falling sick. Make sure to bring any medicines you might need with you and have some kind of back plan in case you get seriously ill. All other things come and go but in my experience the hardest of it all is having to take care of yourself and your needs, while feeling absolutely shitty in an unkown country without having anyone to count on. If you take care of this possible problem all the rest will be fine. Common sense will guide you and make you survive. It's a great opportunity to grow and explore. Make sure to take time off and properly rest/disconnect, as overstimulation can be huge while solo travelling. You'll grow a lot, make sure to also take time when you come back to settle properly. Your whole sense of identity and life can be drastically changed, you may feel you have no home or that the whole world is your home, many things can happen in this regard so also consider cutting a bit short your trips to properly root yourself when you come back. At least the first week you'll feel a bit weird when you return, it's fine, trust and enjoy the process. Lots of love Davino
  5. The answer is ironic. Because the indoctrination the first culture did on the virgin psyche is so strong that the pull of the second culture is not strong enough to uproot it.
  6. This quote hit me as hard as a nuclear bomb when I first listened it. I'm not sure from which episode it was. Many times now I sit and try to think something absolutely novel and virgin. To think a thought no one has ever thought! It gets me out of chair of how exciting that is.
  7. There will be a UFC fight in Las Vegas' Sphere. That's gonna be WILD. I wanna be inside the Sphere and participate in a UFC Event, so that would be two birds with one shot. Whatever, I'm dreaming aloud
  8. @gambler Yes, I've heard the same. It seems the atmosphere is absolutely electric. I can't wait to have the experience. Everyone says it's nuts. I've gone to some amateur fight events and the experience is crazy af. Can't imagine in a professional UFC event.
  9. @Ajay0 She advised it as a requisite for God-Realization: First of all, try to be a Real Human Being. MA Shivapuri Baba also advised for right living, hand in hand with God Realization. It was one of his talks that inspired my signature. However, right living by itself cannot lead to the ultimate God Realizations. History is full of virtuous beings, like Marcus Aurelius, which didn't realize God is all there ever is.
  10. The highest levels of consciousness cannot happen unless your life is already very very well set. What type of higher consciousness can happen in a dysfunctional life?
  11. @Rafael Thundercat One reality doesn't take out the other. Both coexist beautifully. It must be so. Life is not linear, it's a rollercoaster, it expands and contracts. Backlashes are also a good sign of progress. In fact actual progress looks very very different than linear progress.
  12. Lately I've started watching the iconic series called: "Sex and the City" It's the type of serie that gives an insider taste of women psychology. I have found it very thougtful and presents in each short chapter an interesting sexual or relationship dilemma and how women actually live it. I would like to ask you, do you know any more well crafted series or films to understand more the inner workings of women?
  13. Just watched Inside Out 2 It's not a masterpiece but it's watchable and actually has some good points. It definitely makes you reflect and have a good time.
  14. All desire is for desirelessness / freedom from desire But what can give freedom from desire?
  15. @Javfly33 You seek everything, a desire for all that exists. Infinity
  16. It's s trap when it becomes new conditionings, new paradigms, more ego, more distortion, more delusion, more stories and speculation... It's a tool for liberation when it's used for contrast, for feedback, for new perspectives, because of overflowing love...
  17. As you say, sometimes is the background feeling that what happens is not enough. That's many times the case for me. Once seeking is deeply examined, one earns a profound sense of clarity. It is indeed a very good sign that the whole mechanism of seeking and desire to Awaken, discover Truth or whatever is profoundly questioned. Usually it goes like a pendulum between profound seeking and deep abiding. The balance between concentration and relaxation, effort and effortlessness, striving and letting go...
  18. Yes, that can be meaningful but everyone has it's own way and you'll share your path with them as long as certain conditions are met.
  19. I do But it can become it's own trap Also consider that what I most want to communicate can't be put into words. Some meals, one can only eat by itself. What can be said is already being said.
  20. Yes, I've also had to learn it the hard way. I'm sure this is very common.
  21. Why do you care? Make sure to deconstruct any teacher complex, saviour, healer or wise man identities. They'll limit your Awakenings and rob you of your peace. Trying to convince others to your point of view is a sure recipe for frustration. I know where you are coming from and your good intentions but the more you advance the less people that will be there. Enjoy your meal, no need to share it, they may not like it. Truth is an acquired taste.
  22. @An young being It can mean multiple things. He answered to cessation as full dissolution, which was my question.
  23. @Water by the River Thanks that's useful for my sense making. I know you recommend mahamudra and a book I can't recall about the one taste. Could you offer me some guidance regarding meditation? As well as some of your own personal experience and milestones in your path. I've tried many here and there but for the moment the expansive and present ones seem to work best for me. I particularly enjoy the non localisation that meditation can give. Very peaceful. My objective for meditation is increasing my Awareness of the present moment. I'm a seasoned psychonaut so I'm not interested in the peaks of meditation but on a practice that translates into ordinary life and that can be even sustained in the midst of it.
  24. @JoshB Yes man I get you. The point is that for them to make sense of you they have to deconstruct their whole worldview, which would take months and years. Imagine you had to deconstruct all your nationality, spirituality and sexuality to understand a friend. Would you do it? Otherwise, you are a weirdo or an outsider at the best from their POV. Which is fine I mean, whatever. You should have a solid character and mature presence though, for metaphysics to hold properly. If not they'll think you are a nutcase. I just don't talk about metaphysics with normies unless they ask a good question or I'm tripping with them. It's also good if you can deliver mystical experiences or glimpses by your presence and energy, that can help. Also consider that women are more receptive to all of these, men are not.
