  1. Of course that's always the case, we are trying to backwardly explain Awakening and Consciousness. All we have is pointers, till the epiphany happens.
  2. Sounds like OCD, but it could be mania as well. I don't think that's the full picture, many times it's more about brain wiring than underdevelopment. Although development may worsen or improve that given predisposition.
  3. God's imagination has to be intelligent enough to deceive itself, to limit itself, just take a moment to fathom how much that takes. And now, to awaken God has to outsmart itself.
  4. @caspex Bye brother, wishing you the absolute best Infinite Love❤️
  5. @Loveeee I do get crazy visuals from psychedelics
  6. @Yimpa Thanks for the reference but I'm pointing towards something far more radical. Hallucination/imagination is one of the functions of how Mind manufactures Reality.
  7. You could, but you'll be awake in a shitty dream. Psychedelics are not going to solve your human problems, maybe they could or maybe they could make them worse. Have a stable happy fulfilling human life, then do spirituality and psychedelics. This is the proper order of things, it's a common trap to put the cart before the horse. Complete human then go transhuman. Probably more spiritual bypassing isn't going to help you, or maybe you hit the jackpot who knows, it's up to you to decide what to do. These are just general good practices.
  8. I have to say that I've experienced something similar. In the past I used to heavily daydream, creating worlds of phantasy in my mind. However now, being so grounded and present in my experience has somehow taken out that ability from me.
  9. True Love is Infinite. Infinity is the greatest Love. It allows for everything to be exactly as it is, it's all-encompassing Love.
  10. @Magnanimous You need to get out of the cushion meditation experience. For example, walking meditation is very common in Buddhist monasteries. I love meditation on trains, vipassana, circulating energy through the spine, etc. Requisites for meditation help but are not compulsory, reality, meditation, consciousness and experience have no ground, every breath is ultimate Reality in a particular form and state.
  11. It's just a good rule of thumb, if you are an advanced yogi you can push the opposite of your current asymmetries to reach a very quick balance. So if normally you are at 2, instead of going to 0 and wait slowly to reach equilibrium, you may go to the -2 asymmetry and then reach quicker 0 balance. Sometimes in very high states of consciousness the body does this spontaneously, it naturally feels good. For newbies it's just good, if you don't know what to do better to stay in symmetry, it's a no-brainer. If you have an intuition maybe follow it surely, it could be higher balancing intelligence.
  12. I wouldn't know how to give a proper formal definition to 'energy' or 'body energy' It's something you feel in the body, when energy is not flowing it feels like a knot or tension, when energy flows it feels like a river, open and relaxed, aligned and balanced.
  13. On quote #666 I'd love to watch an episode of yours explaining Reality as Mind. I'm sure it would be very insightful and would catalyse my ongoing awakenings and contemplation inquiries.
  14. Sometimes Jiddu makes very intelligent points. He's a an honest philosopher.
  15. @Loveeee Have you gotten interesting tips from Martin Ball that helped you tripping?
  16. I never got much value from his books and videos, but the concept of body symmetry did help me. Being on high psychedelic states all tied up in a knot, legs and arms crossed, spine twisted; it's just not a good idea. Being symmetrical helps with the energetic flow. Being open, symmetrical, relaxed, and in balance is important. It also helps to detect when ego comes back, for example you are contemplating and suddenly after a question your body starts closing down, look closely there's something to be learned there, come back to symmetry, relax and keep contemplating. It's overall a nice practice to have in mind when tripping, it's a good tool to know.
  17. @Rishabh R At the heart of acceptance is Love. At the heart of Observation is Consciousness.
  18. Wishing you the best in this new adventure!
  19. @Rishabh R If you wanna practice acceptance go to the true source and practice Love. Practicing observation means to be conscious. Consciousness+Truth+Love= The solution to everything
  20. On 664, what cracks the nut of synesthesia for me is the fact that there are no frontiers between sight, sound, taste, touch and smell; there's only one all encompassing sense door and it's consciousness. The classic 5 senses are fragmentations of a unified awareness field due to the solidification of a particular state of consciousness.
  21. I've been meditating every morning with Vipassana for a month now. I'm surprised by the results. The sensitivity and multidimensionality that brings to my everyday life has been very noticeable. I was eating ice cream yesterday and I had never tasted such a delicious palate of sensations playing in my mouth. Sex has become ten times more enjoyable. Reality is much more still, peaceful and equanimous. My mind is sharp, focused and expansive as the sky. My body feels more and more light, knots are dissolving. Energy in the body is getting unblocked and flowing as it should. I have a meta perspective of thoughts as pure sensations, which grounds me into the consciousness all experience is. The knot of ego, identification, locality and center is gradually melting into the ever-present boundless spacious Infinite Awake Reality. Part of this success I owe it to everyday morning meditation. My brain is being rewired when the first thing I do after waking up properly the body (to avoid sleepiness: jump, massage all areas of my body etc.) is a highly conscious activity. In this way, my whole day carries the perfume of awareness and presence. This insight also led me to start meditating before falling asleep. Ending the day in a high consciousness state and starting the day with a heightened state of awareness has brought a substantial change in my baseline consciousness. I wanted to share these results with you in case you can find value in vipassana or in arranging your routine in this way.
