@Applegarden8 I wouldn't recommend hatha yoga for the work we do in Actualized.org I don't like the secrecy of Sadhguru with his more advanced practices. Yogigems has everything for free, very complete and safe. There's no better psychedelic for doing yoga than LSD. It's an empirical claim, I've done yoga with many substances. My only advice is to make sure to have ice to cool down the head after the practice and do it in a chill ambient. Do some warm up and have some previous experience with it.

Yes, I've done Nithyananda Yoga. It's too advanced for me at the moment. I do the short 1h version seldomly and often when tripping in LSD. And plan to the 5h full version in a retreat. Sadhguru is good for beginning, intermediate levels. It's nice foundation. I've benefited from it. I liked this two: (I can't find the second video, it was really good, it made you breath and repeat basic sounds which vibrated your whole body) Also I don't know about others but for me If you haven't discovered kundalini you are still in a very initial level in your path. I had kundalini Awakening before I knew what it was. I become so fucking conscious that the incarnated goddess within me woke up like a storm of electric snakes and opened all my channels in a glorious thunderbolt roar. Kundalini is what makes higher consciousness hold into everyday life. It upgrades your whole system, all stones are upturned. My recommendation is to work with kundalini and make that awakening more progressive via what Yogigems teaches. Otherwise one day it will wake up quite radically and you'll feel like a semigod avatar for days and will have to figure out how to work on the fly with this divine incarnated energy.

Yes, I do kundalini yoga. That's my favourite video. I do it many days and to prepare for deep trips before and many times during as well. Kundalini is the yoga that better translates into psychedelic tripping, in my experience. The more kundalini you practice and the more martial arts sport you do, the stronger your nervous system will be to handle the peak psychedelic states of consciousness flooding your body.
