I'll share everything I did. I dabbled with a lot of stuff, I basically became my own experiment so I can share what worked for me. I'll post some here. This one was a staple I used for awhile. This helped balance my chakra. I just found this one lady. She can sing at different frequencies and it literally will start raising your kundalini energy. It's freaking amazing. But these tools definitely super charged the process. If you want to jailbreak your mind. Concentrate/meditate on these visuals. They will hit you with sensory information from different angles which will eventually jail break your mind and open your third eye and crown chakra.

Personally for me, chakra music helped, acceptance of one's past and present memories which will involve lots of crying, laughing, etc. Submitting to Infinity as it works through to clear your body. At a certain point in the process you will become aware that Infinity is working to clear your body/vessel/avatar of energetic distortions. Throughout this process aim to become energy sensitive/aware as that energy you are sensing is your WILL POWER. The goal is to become aware of your WILL and to recognize what Leo says when he says what you call physical is just the crystallization of Universal Will. This same Will is going to clear the distortions but it will have some discomfort as well. So when I say my chakras were cleared up it wasn't my ego that did it but Universal Will. The only part my ego played was moving its awareness to different parts and allowing it to happen instead of resisting. What can also help is to put your hand on the location of different chakras, then put your awareness on your hand and then it will happen automatically. One of the secrets I became aware of is INTENTION. Reality/Life knows your every INTENTION. You are always directly connected to Life you just aren't aware so you literally cannot hide ANYTHING LOL. But yes if you have an authentic deep desire to clear your chakras then this will happen. Intention is frequency. What is frequency? How frequent or consistent your desire for something is. The ability to stay locked in to a particular outcome is an example of integrity. So frequency, consistency, and integrity are one. The ability to stay locked into a particular outcome no matter what arises....is unconditional love because you do not allow a change in conditions or circumstances to dissuade your devotion. Notice now you have the words frequency, consistency, integrity and now devotion? Notice a trend here? So yeah reality/life does the whole shebang your job is just to maintain awareness and put your awareness on the parts you need help with and surrender to what is/process.

Let's see him get attacked on the street brutally, gang raped, and see how well he is going on about the beauty of life. Life is beautiful, but that doesn't protect you from brutality. Because brutality is beautiful as well from the ABSOLUTE perspective but I am conscious enough to know that I like to keep my arms and legs thank you. Sawing off my arms to save myself if I am stuck under a boulder and trying to save a friend maybe romantic in the Absolute sense, but living without said arms would still be a challenge. The work to embody it is its OWN MINDFUCK.

This!!!! Criticism is okay, but what I noticed is many people are terrible at criticism. If you are terrible at criticism it means you lack discernment and wisdom. For example... the OP called the entire forum toxic....this shows that the OP has a toxic world view, and ALL OR NOTHING worldview which Spirituality literally teaches is the key to living a life full of suffering. Life/Reality is incredibly nuanced and when people come on and speak in Absolutes all they are doing is revealing their biases. This forum CONTAINS toxicity, but it also contains the lack of toxicity. Anyone that is ONLY focusing on toxicity that is all they are going to perceive which reveals they are CLOSE-MINDED. This is why I have said repeatedly that people OUT THEMSELVES very easily by the crap they post. I can tell VERY EASILY what level someone is at based on their ability to break/explain something. For example....if you hurt someone's feelings on the forum...some of them will immediately accuse you of being a Narcissist or Gaslighting them. It is rather hilarious how immature people's understanding of what Narcissism is and what gaslighting is. I'll say this though, this forum is a good testing ground for discovering your triggers because if you stay long enough something is going to trigger you. So the toxicity on the forums is actually good for Shadow Work. So even the toxicity is beneficial. But hey, if all you see is negative like the OP you won't even see the value of the toxicity.

Spirituality by its very nature is paradoxical. You resolve all paradoxes by just accepting that everything is ONE. The only reason people are not soberly experiencing a state of ONENESS is due to psychological denial. In the words of Leo "You are behind a wall of denial.....and you need to construct stories"

The form and the formless are the same. Do this exercise. Close your eyes. You see any form? Nope. Open them, you see form. What's the difference? There is none. Now try this exercise...remember a time you passed out completely and BLANKED out of existence. What's the difference between that and those 3? NOTHING. Why? Because change only exists because everything is nothing. What is change? A CONCEPT. Nothing cannot be divided, but if you create a division in your MIND, which you awaken to it being UNIVERSAL then you can tell yourself something changed. In truth...nothing ever changes. Change can only exist as a concept and wouldn't be possible if everything wasn't ultimately ONE. Why? Because if everything was actually separate nothing could change, it would freeze. Because reality is an appearance, it can be temporary, but that appearance is just a configuration of that which doesn't change. Therefore....its REAL. Why it is real? Because ABSOLUTE TRUTH says its real. Only the finite relative aspect of ABSOLUTE TRUTH goes around calling something not real. Because the finite makes distinctions. But ABSOLUTE TRUTH sees no difference whether it is form or formless.

I know man, I just don't like the raising the bar, try to make others feel less than about awakening. Awakening is a beautiful experience, but we don't need to start telling people they need to be happy all the time, grateful all the time etc. What we can say if you are unable to appreciate life at all, then you are not awake....something like that. But this standard he erected he won't even be able to live up to himself. Somewhere around the corner, life humbles the HELL out of you. So then his ego will beat the hell out of him for not living up to his own standard. I just recently became aware that I am too hard on myself sometimes during one of my meditations and I realized I was erecting standards for myself that was impossible to live up too. Then I came on here and read this lol and got pissed off.

That's normal in the beginning. You will only be able to feel the vibrations they are talking about when you are able to feel energy. This will happen after a Kundalini Awakening when you awaken your life energy/sexual energy from the base of your spine upwards towards your crown chakra. Once that happens your Spiritual Journey really starts to accelerate.

This is by far one of the most ignorant posts I have seen in awhile. It is people like you who stop people from enjoying life. You literally are CARVING UP DIFFERENCES with your ego. What is the difference between talking to someone and breathing? Why is watching a Youtube video dumb? THAT IS JUDGMENT THAT IS SEPERATION!!! You are creating dogma and passing it around as truth!! Buddhism does believe in God, the Nothingness they refer to, the Void is God. They just leave out the love aspect. Christianity makes sense with the Trinity. The Holy Spirit is the Divine Feminine, The Father is the Masculine, and the Jesus represents YOU, which means YOU are Jesus when you awaken to Oneness you reach the State called Christ Consciousness which is just Oneness. It must be a sober baseline persistent state though. Hinduism is not wrong....EVERYTHING is GOD. Saying Everything is God is the same as ONENESS. So the issue isn't the religions the issue is not properly interpreting the religions.

This does not make sense. There is ONLY experience. You cannot say it primarily comes, that is a lie. There is ONLY EXPERIENCE. EXPERIENCE IS ABSOLUTE. Anything you know....has ONLY BEEN KNOWN IN EXPERIENCE. Primarily is an inaccurate term. Also both houses of thought are just logical games made to complicate something simple. The Truth is everything is ONE EXISTENCE. That's it. Anything outside of that is logical games. I like logical games and play them myself but everything always goes back to....you can not KNOW ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF EXPERIENCE.

That which changes is real, it is just temporarily real. Why? Because change and lack of change are ONE. All logic is limitation and limitation is the only thing that isn't real. Change is not limitation it is the lack thereof, therefore change is real. The only aspect of Reality that is changeless is that it always exists...even when it isn't aware of its own existence. A temporary truth is a truth while it IS, it only becomes a lie when it know longer is. To call a change lie, is to call your entire life as a human a lie. This is false. The building block of reality is ITSELF, Reality is ABSOLUTE TRUTH. Therefore no matter how reality presents itself it is always true. The ONLY lie, is the belief that there are lies. Because all lies are expressions of truth. Within all lies contains truth, because the only thing that exists is truth. A lie is just a partiality of truth, but because the truth is TOTAL, its TOTALITY envelopes the lie and makes it true. This is why every perspective no matter how distorted has an element of truth to it. It is the belief that their is a difference between lies and truth that creates separation. Only the mind sees separation , the HEART sees the ultimate TRUTH that there is ONLY TRUTH. Each awakening is ABSOLUTE TRUTH, all that is happening is you are becoming AWARE of the nature of these facets. An awakening to Infinite Marbles is just an awakening to INFINITY so it would be valid. Your mind is trying to search for the lack of validation. What your mind doesn't realize is it is within TRUTH trying to search for TRUTH. Your mind doesn't realize it IS what it IS searching for.

Nothing wrong with being Muslim. All this demonization against organized religion is unnecessary. Reality has something for everybody. The purpose of religion is to give a strong foundation and to give something to overcome in your Spiritual Journey. If he believes it will help him in his Spiritual Journey I say more power to him.

You had to deceive yourself that you were human, you have to do the reverse to raise your consciousness. Watch this video....what I am noticing is Leo talks you into a higher state...then talks you out of the state (himself as well) by saying you are not in that state and he isn't either. I became AWARE that everytime Leo says he isn't in that state and you aren't either that he is placing that limit on himself and on you. I literally almost broke through to being able to speak telepathically (I think we already do it and just aren't aware we are doing it) to him and then he tells me I can't do it and neither can he. So this is a tip for Leo, you all, stop saying what you can and cannot do because that is how you place your limits. Say you can do it and you are currently working on it. But don't say you can't do it.

What you are currently doing is what I just recently did so congratz man that is the scariest part of this work. Leo called it in one of his videos "calling Reality's bluff." What produced sober awakenings for me was constant meditation and deconstruction and then what broke the camel's back is what you are CURRENTLY doing which is testing whether Death is real. The psychological death he is referring to is you will be able to leave your body....but still exist. You will become aware that everything and everyone is you. This death will become so real you will literally become aware that anybody you are talking to....there body is YOUR BODY. You will feel yourself empty out of your own body and fill their own body. Then you can return to your body and still be in their body. Now in truth you never left your body, but you will FEEL you have left your body and that will show you that life and death are one and that you will never actually stop existing because if you can leave your body and still exist in your direct experience then DEATH never actually happens. In truth you are both alive and dead right now. So you are on the path keep it up.

You don't get it, a typo is a result, I'm not pointing to results because you do not have complete control over results. You do however have complete control over effort. If you give your best effort whenever you engage in any activity then you can live with the results. Why? Because you gave all you had. Love gives all that it has for something, it holds nothing back because to hold something back would be to be conditional. If you truly love something you give your all for it because you care about it. This is why if you give your all to something and it doesn't work out if you are honest with yourself you will realize you cannot actually have regrets. Why? Because you gave everything you had. This is the secret of growing in Self-Love. Whatever you put your mind to, give all you have and then you can live with the results. If others try to judge and demonize you, ignore them because you KNOW THE TRUTH. The truth was that was the BEST YOU COULD DO. This is what it truly means to live a life with NO REGRETS.

When you do something, do you take great care to do it? Do you pour over with great effort all the ways you can do a thing well? Do you put great CARE in every detail? To do this, is to do it with HEART and this makes it authentic! For example if you critique something....do you go through the motions or do you take great care to see if your critiques are authentic? This is what honesty is, truth is, care is, which is love. When you love something you care for it, and spend time on it. When you don't love a thing you go through the motions and don't really pay it any mind which is what we call being unconscious. Throughout my time on these forums I have come across many who do not take great care in what they post, they just react and post. " When you post something whether it is a thread or a reply understand that you are representing yourself. Think before you post. Question yourself before posting. Aim to give the subject matter your utmost attention. What you don't realize is HONESTY makes you smarter. It makes you CARE about things like details, it gives you clarity and wisdom. When you make half-hearted posts without much thought that is actually a form of dishonesty. Why? Because you didn't CARE if what you said was true, you just shot from the hip what you felt. That gut feeling could come from an insecurity, and since it wasn't well thought out and checked for its accuracy it just becomes a dishonest criticism. What is dishonest criticism? Criticism that cannot pass its own muster, it's own standards. If I can easily poke holes and show contradiction in your critiques then it means you are dishonest. Criticism/judgment is how you ascertain life, if you do not learn discernment, and nuance, and accountability you will walk around turning yourself into a victim and will dishonestly perceive the world. The FIRST question you should always ask before you critique or do anything is "How do I make sure I do this right? Because I could get it wrong. Next would be what factors could contribute to me getting this wrong? What is wrong and what is right in this instance? After that with great care and contemplation aim to express your opinion with the highest authenticity possible.

This video by Leo helps with this. Anytime you think about something, consider as many possibilities you can about something and then look to see what actually sticks. All those possibilities could be valid in some way but certain possibilities will hold MORE true.
