I am pretty much the exact same. I spent all my life living with people renting rooms and stuff and I recently bought my own house and awaken in it and I have been able to be alone and I realized it was what I needed probably more than anything. I work fulltime and all other time spend is alone. So roughly 80 percent of the last 4-5 years I have been alone, not totally as I am permanently online.

@Loveeee It kinda feels like there is a tv and you can change the channel to Gods channel and he's watching the entire universe. You cant stay on that channel unless you match the vibration of that channel. A Human is the channel and whats in the human is the tv. The tv and the channel must be matching or you cant stay on that channel and will be kicked off the channel and you go back to whatever channel your tv is shaking close too. When I was coming down from God's channel I could literally see what looks like channels being turned down. If you do it on a real older tv you will get that colorful static on the display as you are switching channel and it looks like that. I think it works both ways because it has to do with how your core is shaking. You aren't experiencing God your energy is shaking like God's but only for a little while. @Rishabh RIt seems there are 2 modes you can be in, you can push yourself against the screen of life and live in the frontal cortex region of your brain or you can 'fall' back into the darkness and that is of thought and ego. Like keep energy where your third eye is and dont look back. Anytime you see that something( a thought) is dragging you back from the screen you are stopping meditation.

Its almost like they curse you with an insane power and dont teach you how to use it. Then create so many problems that you will almost automatically fuck up if you are not super conscious as a child. We can reprogram we just have to be conscious of our thoughts at all times and do mantras and tell our bodies we love them. You can program your mind to just say I love you all day non stop and you wont be thinking about this stuff.

So to me its the definition of depersonalization, its literally the realization that I am not a person. It was a lie but you shouldnt focus on that. God give you new perspective, explore it.
