@actually Learn to ignore these thoughts. What you are describing is OCD kind of thoughts I have been struggling with for years now, you must learn not to kill your momentum. momentum is everything. These thoughts are there to keep you in place, most likely your ego doesn't like to live dangerously so it keeps killing your momentum. The best cure for this kind of thoughts is to learn to identify them and let go of them, like ignore them completely.

My ADHD got way better after more than a week of using NAC and Inositol and high dose omega-3. I still have other mental complaints like social anxiety and some depression, so Today I went and saw my psychiatrist, he prescribed me Escitalopram, we will see how this goes, as previous SSRIs were not that much helpful. Oh yeah and my psychiatrist is not convinced that I have ADHD, he completely dismissed that.

@Preety_India All you said is true. There is a general lack of intimacy and the "feminine" in this forum and it reflects Leo's teaching style. Although Leo is a very kind and genuine person, he also doesn't invest in human relationships, he prefers everyone help themselves approach, which is not right or wrong per se, it is just an approach out of many, I personally prefer this approach too. Now that said, I think the dynamics of this forum reflect perfectly this approach. And that's why most people care a lot about how others perceive them because it immediately affects their survival. Bad reputation is a death sentence in society.

@Ash55 Yeah if you care about your success you should not be perceived as "bad" or "evil" by society. Focus now on your success and marketing yourself. You don't want a bad reputation, that will instantly kill any chances of success for you. Also, there is some kind of moral policing going on in Egypt, a bunch of influencers got themselves in jail for being " immoral", tread carefully, you don't want to be in that place.

@Ash55 Hey dude, Egypt is a cool country dude! you are just not looking in the right places. IF your friends suck, ditch them and upgrade your friend list. There are a lot of stage orange people in countries like egypt and especially in the big cities, even you could find stage green people. You just need to learn where these people hang out ( clubs for stage orange and artistic caffees for stage green). another advice is not to be too secular when living in such countries, if you live with apes, you must act like one.
