Any updates ? I have the nano Zeolite but I’m waiting for the ALA+DMSA to arrive through mail

Hello! I finally tested for heavy metals and found out that Uranium for me is outside reference through the lab results. Mercury and lead were relatively low but Uranium was high I was wondering if any one knows if DMSA+ALA could help with Uranium or if anyone has experience with high Uranium in their system and what to do about it ? I Just rewatched the heavy metals video and my chelation journey is about to begin. Thank you!

I used the toxic metal 24-hour Urine Doctor’s data test kit by a company called Walk-In-Lab I put my full results below I’m more worried about lead and mercury, so I think I’m going to try the DMSA+ALA protocol + increase citric acid in my diet and then do another test to see the results. and I did technically live in war zone for a couple of years growing up in Syria but I don’t know if that makes a difference. thank you!

It is challenging but you have to go back to being mindful of your experience as much as possible. I try to focus on my breath as much as I can throughout the day. Labeling emotions and labeling when internal dialogue arises is also helpful but that requires training in concentration

Hi! I was wondering if anyone went through any of Peter Ralston’s online courses that are available on his website ? He has some interesting courses like the power of contemplation and many other interesting personal development courses. They are a bit pricey but I’m thinking of investing in one of the courses for a year.

Hello! I have 10 gummies of 4-aco-DMT. Each gummy equivalent to 1/2g of mushrooms My question is what is a good dose of 4-aco-DMT for therauptic effects and consciousness work?
