Letting go means also letting go of any outcomes or expectations, this is hard as it's counter intuitive, but just know on a deeper level nothing will come from this meditation and within that there's a certain freedom. 2. There maybe anger within you and so if you are letting go even a little this anger is flowing out of you. It could be because of a resistance to an emotion you don't like. Either way just try and observe these emotions and let them pass. People think this easy work it is probably the most difficult thing you'll do

Cool have a good evening, im out as well x It has a part to play, i wouldnt say theres a gangster culture, more that theres a gangster influence, like you wouldnt say Italians are a gangster culture but they have a gangster influence. But i agree we need more role models, ive worked in youth charities here in the UK and it is an issue 100%. Thats something as a community that needs to be sorted. So theres many sides to this, a lot can be helped in terms of policies like equal funding for schools but also black people can work on a lot of the community and family level things as well. Even though i think the situation has been created due to history it doesnt mean we cant be response- able and look at what can be changed ourselves. Its a very complex issue and limiting it to just one thing is a very narrow perspective of it

I dont know if youre saying i should agree with all of it, i agree with some and not al and ive spent time to give clear reasons why. The type of crime you do is very much based on many factors including your wealth, black people commit disproportionately more street crime and white people commit disproportionately more white collar crime. So it would seem that one race doesnt commit more crime than the other but wealth levels dictate what crime youre likely to commit. For example if majority of white people were in poverty they would commit more street crime, if majority black people were wealthy they would commit more white collar crime. Not sure about the study as i havent seen it so cant comment, if you show me ill look at it. Yes by definition if you are a republican you have an agenda, same way Biden has an agenda or anyone aligned to an ideology, religion, political party or whatever, shes not an independent speaker she wouldnt really be able to go against the Trump for example, which is why despite admitting having no evidence or insight on climate change she stuck to the party line on Rogan, if she was an independent she wouldnt have needed to do this -

To speak to wider point, Owens is pretty much about the libertarian viewpoint and i think some of the stuff she says individually makes sense and isnt wrong per se. But i just feel she doesnt look at the whole picture. A lot of people are stuck in a welfare cycle but her solution is to just stop welfare and let everyone fend for themselves and if they cant its there fault. Its not very empathetic and it just wouldnt really work it would be a mess, that doesnt mean the problem isnt valid but the solution, could be looking at how to tweak the welfare system, or raising the minimum wage to incentivise people to come off welfare, or having equality in the budgets between majority black and majority white school, which currently stands at $23 billion in favour of white schools, or investing in communities and community services. These are problems that are not quick fixes but her solutions are not really the answer for me. Well it tends to veer toward white supremacy and firmly held beliefs so thats why they go off-topic. I think a lot xenophobia and tribal thinking in terms of people being worried about immigrants is through fear of their country being taken over or the dominant people being bred out, speaking to people with these beliefs thats what im hearing. Ultimately this is inevitable

Its an interesting question, i guess we've only seen human development unimpeded from a western and maybe middle eastern perspective, so its hard to know where another culture wouldve ended up. The same can be said for African cultures, from a financial point of view most of the worlds minerals are located in Africa. Well i mean would you vote to get beaten up badly or killed?

Let me ask you this, you say black people in americas issue is a cultural one ie they are in poverty and commit more crimes because of their culture. You also say slavery was a long time ago and should be forgotten (ill brush past everything thats happened since slavery). The culture DID NOT come from Africa which is where the slaves were taken from, if their culture is negative, which in some ways it is but not really more than any other group in poverty, they did not choose for it to be like that, they were not allowed to read so it became a part of their culture for example. Every bit of African-American culture comes from their treatment during and since slavery, their original culture was completely corrupted by the slave trade. So how can you blame them for a culture that was imposed on them to the point where they were not allowed to keep their own culture?
