  1. You mean Prozac decreasing appetite and olanzipine increasing making them cancel each other out?
  2. I don’t think I notice any change in my appetite from the meds actually.
  3. Right. I personally don’t have much cravings at all anymore, it’s like the food doesn’t give me the dopamine that it used to. But I can see how that is a factor for overeating, especially because food nowadays is so tasty. When I used to have strong cravings in the past it would be very difficult to resist I remember, so if someone has that on a daily basis I can see how it’s difficult to resist. By abstaining from super tasty unhealthy food I wonder if that can lessen the cravings and then make discipline easier. Nowadays eating healthy is easy for me as I don’t really have much cravings. I am on anti depressant but don’t notice an increase in appetite so it seems it affects different people differently.
  4. Yea I see how it can be dangerous
  5. So live dangerously?
  6. But if you dont breathe you die?
  7. From rock bottom can come spiritual knowledge Ok i see So it could potentially like a psychedelic you say?
  8. I think there can be something spiritual about fasting and eating less. The body gets to do other things than digest food.
  9. Hehe, i tend to eat some sweets on weekends Also a caloric deficit will make you lose weight per definition, and you can't lose weight forever so you can't maintain a caloric deficit forever, so healthiest would probably be to do maintanence calories after a while, and then you'd be able to gain muscle, and maybe doing some fasting sometimes. I think ive heard about this longevity diet where they eat normally then every month do some days fasting and thats supposed to give those benefits. Boredom can def lead to overeating thats right. And probably stress too.
  10. Makes sense yea its probably a reason
  11. Makes sense but I dont feel that
  12. I bet there is something that can be learnt from suffering. One can use it to practice presence maybe Id agree
  13. Id agree. Id have to contemplate how alcohol affects me while im on it to figure it out. I notice as I wrote before that even if I get drunk I can still act and think normal, I wonder how much I need before I lose some self control
  14. I notice it kinda tones everything down, including ones self awareness, so maybe there might be something spiritual about that Thats cool I wonder why it had no effect on him, and why he would drink it. I notice even if I drink quite a bit of alcohol I am still rational and can think and act normal so it seems I have high tolerance.
  15. Interesting observation. I haven't had emotions in a long time so I can't tell if alcohol does this to me. I think it has like a "toning down" affect on consciousness, like it lessens self awareness too, maybe there is something spiritual about that Thats cool if its true
  16. Is ketamine similar to alcohol?
  17. Dont know what thats supposed to mean
  18. I dont get what your main point is. You think the hangover and vomiting can be spiritual? You took 16-32 shots? Do you mean people abandon you because you were alcoholic?
  19. Haha funny correlation
  20. Why is it called dissociative? I googled and it says ketamine is classed as a drug here. But Id still like to try
  21. Lol Thats a reasonable suggestion. I dont drink often at all so im fine.
  22. I took 4 shots in total it feels good. Ok thanks for info I drink only a few times a year so I’m fine it’s not so unhealthy
