  3. I’ve been wanting to ask the same. I’m on a little hunt for the tastiest tea and coffee. Personally I haven’t tried that many but once I tried one at this cafe and it was really good, don’t remember what flavor it was unfortunately.

  5. Hahaha you’re sweet. I don’t often take photos of myself honestly. I might wait until I’ve lost the weight I want, I’m still in the early phases. I didn’t know that, that’s cool, you could show me the photos you take if you want to. It’s a good idea to take good photos for LinkedIn.
  6. Ok understood They’re fine I don’t understand but it’s fine if I’ve written about wanting relationships in the past it was probably a long time ago, before I changed as a “person”. Because now I truly don’t feel a significant desire for it, it’s not a need I have. I admit my problems thoroughly. Self honesty is good I don’t find myself on a good path It’s bland for the average person becuase the average person feels a need for relationships. For me they don’t give me barely anything, maybe a microscopic bit I don’t feel those needs anymore Youre looking from a paradigm of how the average person works, and maybe it doesn’t include the most edge cases

Yes skipping breakfast when I’m eating twice a day makes me fasted during the morning which could contribute to bad breath because it’s more likely when you’re fasted (unless you eat something that stinks in particular), also if you go without food for a longer time it could contribute to bad breath that’s one reason I’m switching to 3 meals on weekdays. You can be honest did you ever feel anything when we met. Also I took 5 years of epilepsy medication and I read a study in children that it can contribute to bad teeth, I have some damage on my teeth that I don’t know what it’s from (erosion- the dentists said it can be from consuming a lot of acids but I don’t do that and never have) so that could contribute to occasional bad breath. I also have a problem of often having a white coating on my tongue I don’t know what that’s from

  15. 70: I’m built different. To be completely honest, I have no need for relationships, children, friendships and even family. I could easily live alone and not meet anyone, ever. I’d just work, go for long walks, workout. Scroll on my phone, that’s all. I’m not a happy person in general, but relationships don’t make me happier, so I don’t need them at all.

  18. 68: Im switching up my meal plan. To be honest, it has happened a few times that I’ve gotten pointed out from family members that my breath isn’t good. One reason could be me eating only twice per day. So that’s one of the reasons I figured I’ll switch to 3 meals a day on weekdays when I work. But I still wanna keep eating once a day on weekends plus dessert (so it becomes like two meals, I can’t lie I tend to have dessert on weekends). So tomorrow is the first day I’ll be eating 3 times a day in years. Im a little doubtful in terms of how I’m gonna keep losing weight while still eating 3 times a day. I’ll try to keep the portions small so I can lose weight. That’s the trick. And zero snacking in between meals. That should do the trick
  19. Nothing wrong with trying to get skinnier. I’m at a weight where I could lose weight while remaining healthy, I won’t get too skinny, I just prefer a skinnier look and that is what I’m aiming for.

  23. When I don’t eat much my energy tends to feel okay but what happens is that I get “dizzy” or whatever it’s called when I stand up if that makes sense. I’ve also considered doing some strength training. Apparently building muscle increases metabolism so it’s good for staying lean too
  24. Hahaha that doesn’t happen to me, not anymore. But maybe it balances things out for you. You’re slim so it doesn’t seem you eat in excess
  25. Yea I remember you mentioned that. For me that’s the sweet spot too, I don’t see the need for more. You’re quite slim yourself so it makes sense. I forgot to add but on weekends I tend to eat even once per day and something sweet. And it’s working for me I don’t get hungry.
