  1. Isn't it crazy? There are like 100 active members here and yet we don't seem to be able to have a civilized, respectful discussion here. Is this just human nature? If so, then how can we expect conflicts to stop happening in the real world when we can't even prevent a conflict from happening on an online forum where stakes are much lower. I have been personally guilty of this myself. I would get emotional and start arguing with person I disagree with. Not trying to learn or come to an agreement but trying to prove my point. I am also being disrespectful and overly agressive from time to time. Sometimes I dramatise things too much. Etc, etc. But is it really such a high standard to hold to be respectful of a person you are talking to even if they opinion is different, or even if you thing that they are clearly wrong, or said something dumb? Wouldn't it be cool if everyone here behaved in a mature and respectful way, trying to learn from each other and help each other to grow and get closer to truth? This sounds really inspiring to me to be honest.
  2. I am sorry for being rude to you and making assumptions. I was wrong. Do you mind explaining the way you actually see things?
  3. @Breakingthewall but according to @hundreth there are actual videos of that. It kind of makes sense that super gory videos aren't just available to everyone on youtube. Maybe if you did some mkre research you could find them? @hundreth if you could point out how people can find proof of what the below refers to, that would be helpful in my opinion.
  4. that's beside the point though, no? I've actually went to the combat footage subreddit, typed hamas in the search bar, turned off the safe search, went to the very bottom of the posts, and then used browser search tool with words: torture, woman, women, prisoner, hostage. And I couldn't find a single torture video. I am not sure if they are getting deleted, but they are clearly harder to find than you make them out to be. So "living under the rock" description is not very fitting in my opinion.
  5. How come nobody here saw them, then? Even on reddit, I've only seen the one with the girl in the truck (although you can call reddit a weird website, imo). I am not disputing Hamas's brutality, just saying that Israel and Western media could do a better job at showing it.
  6. I wouldn't call not visiting weird websites to watch gore videos - living under a rock...
  7. Yeah, thank God, because people might equate a terrorist organisation, which can only ever hope to do sneaky hit and run attacks and does not represent its people with one of the strongest military powers of its time capable of conquering the whole continent.
  8. @Nivsch You guys should just admit that you are selfish hypocrites who would rather murder thousands of civilians than bother finding a compromise.
  9. That's crazy. Is there some specific cause of such an air quality drop?
  10. All things considered, the overall state of affairs looks kind of grim at Israel right now, not gonna lie.
  11. Umm, no. No modern country, that is considered to be civilized does that. Can you give at least one example?
  12. Right, collective unconscious. Totally not huge fashion brands and celebrities brainwashing you into it, lol.
  13. It actually can be bought. "Taste" is a result of you getting lots of experience by trying different things and seeing what looks good and what doesn't. So you "buy" taste by experimenting with a lot of stuff, which requires money.
  14. Yeah, so you don't know why something does or doesn't become trendy yourself.
  15. I am actually just genuinely curious, like who decides that, lol? Is it big fashion brains updating their lines of clothes to a different style and you all go like "eww, the old ones are out of trend now". Is it some fashion shows that you are watching weekly? Do things that get out of trend start instantly looking ugly for you?
  16. @StarStruck 1. They are not skin tight, they are pretty loose actually 2. Who cares what is a current trend lol, you guys are such sheep. "Trendy circles"
  17. @StarStruck lmao I am dumb, haha.
  18. @Princess Arabia because they didn't? They didn't have the modern fabrics for it and I am pretty sure that design wise they would be nothing alike. Do you have any proof that they did?
  19. @Princess Arabia men using long, almost knee level shorts for swimming instead of swim panties or a full body swim suit is pretty new.
  20. Sorry. I mean, all clothes mentioned in this thread are like 100 years old max. Lots of new styles appeared in the last cebtury. And its very myopic to say that it is it and there won't be anything new anymore. If you are talking about what's new new right now, like in the last decade then idk, I am not really following conventional fashion trends. Barefoot shoes are a pretty new thing. Sustainable clothing in general is a new idea. Those types of pants that are like a mix of jogging pants and jeans seem pretty new to me. But maybe they are actually not, I am not sure. Toe socks are new.
  21. @StarStruck to be honest, it looks great. But why do you have your watch upside down?
  22. @Nivsch okay guys, I am really tired with this already to be honest. Go on do whatever you want. Time will make things just.
