The higher you are (in frequency of awareness), the more you are channeling the Higher Self. It's as simple as that. If you want to talk about it in terms of electromagnetic signal and radio, then yes, the spine/brain is an antenna and it is firing according to the "random" energy coming from deep space. But it is not random at all; we are awash in an ocean of Light; Infinite Intelligence is everywhere, for the simple reason that Everything is influencing Everything Else. It All Adds Up. Sum of All, And By Them, Driven. The quieter the you can get brain/body to stop making "random" noise, the more aware you will become of what is; Infinite Frequency of Knowing.

It is as magical as it seems to be, but you must also understand how it's completely benign and expected. For at it's core, Reality is profoundly simple; ONE Universal Process of Self-Measurement and information accumulation. In short, you cannot observe something without touching it, limiting it, or measuring it in some way. For this reason, Reality changes itself as it interacts with itself. Now understand, that there's nothing spooky about measurement(consciousness), because measurement is simply the limiting of a wavefront boundry using a slit in a wall. Some of the wave reflects, and a small fraction of it passes through. Reality is Light-hologram. There are no particles; there is only the appearance of particles, or fractions. It's All One Wave. The way the wavefunction changes as it interacts with itself depends upon the Logos, or the information-state of the wavefunction at that point and time. The Logos is unbounded and therefore Infinitely Intelligent. So what you have is ONE Infinitely Intelligent waveform that is ever-increasing in complexity yet always in a state of balance/unbalance. Reality is a conscious, self-aware Being, that is ever expanding in possibilities and experiences. Information always increases.

It's certainly as useful and important to develop a relationship with Infinite Intelligence as it is to realize oneself as Infinite Intelligence. I'm conviced "Spiritual Bypassing" is the ego's last ditch excuse / attempt at maintaining a sense of reality within the Infinite Power that is God.

The thing is, 99% of the people eating at McDonald's are well aware, even if subconsciously, that what they're eating is absolute crap for their health. Yet they continue to eat, and THAT is where the illness lies. It's the equivalent of creating a mallet and smaking yourself in the face with it over and over. It's the dissonance within the soul that is the illness. A lack of self-respect, a blockage from self-love.

A detox remine works not because of physical mechanism, but because of ritual and belief. Undergoing a diet is not unlike starting a ritual. You're working with magic, but you aren't recognizing it. Instead you intellectualize the magic as "biology".
