For ADHD you need a focused type meditation to rewire the brain. This has to be the first step, just because there's no sense in just observing a crazy uncalmed monkey-mind. This can be a disturbing experience like meditating in a torture session. Meditation would magnify the uneasyness of experiencing the ADHD.

Let's be real. The survival problem can be solved with great intelligence and technology. We can provide shelter and food for every human being. We can print 3d houses affordable for eveyone. We can automate farming with robots and AI to end famine worldwide. But the governments dont want that. Because this is a menace to the status quo of the pyramidal society. And as we know the governments work for the rich's interests firstly. Scarcity is man-made so the powerful can keep being powerful and the poor being poorer. And the only way the government will give everything free for everyone will be at a high cost: personal freedom.

But this contradicts the quantum mechanics double slit experiment that lead us to the conclusion: for the manifestation of "waves of probabilities" into a defined reality there has to be a conscious expectator observing. What if every conscious being in the universe dies and there's no POV for the universe to reflect itself and expertiment itself?

So human experience is a swapped POV where the universe looks itself thru human eyes? What then after death? You become everything without possibility to experience itself?

You're falling in thoughts of grandiosity when you think you accomplished everything. At first glance you only accomplished the things that society told you. There's so much you have to understand, experience and accomplish that you'd need 100 lifetimes. -Where we come from as human beings, the different origin af all races. -How your body works, the mind body connection, how your thoughts make you sick or heal you. -Getting good at empathy with people. -Learning to master playing a instrument. -Express yourself thru art. -Having a global understanding at how things work... there's so much to learn....

I want to quit ibuprofen, because although it works in my headaches it end up producing stomach ulcers. It's been proven that stomach issues trigger more headaches so it's a nevber ending cycle of pain. I want to try something natural for the inflammation. For example turmeric pills, or the capsaicin (contained in spicy foods like chili) acts as an analgesic and anti inflammatory. Of course, these suplements come in capsules to avoid the unbearable bad taste. I'm worried if so strong componendt could damage my stomach.

Years ago I watched Leo's life purpose course, and through these years I've been saving all the money I can. My beautiful purpose was to create an animal sanctuary foundation since I love animals and would be a purpose of service and compassion. With the money saved in 6 years and some family donations I was willing to take the step to buy a big chunk of land. Sadly in the old Europe, fertile and plain land is scarce, and really expensive! The last week I went to see cheap land announced in internet and when I saw it was smaller and with cliffs, dangerous locations or very far away from my family. During the search I've been informed that in my country I'ts illegal to build in the countryside, even a small cabin to live near the animals, so I should by urban land which is prohibitive. Also for creating a sanctuary I need to go thru an odissey of bureaucracy, permissions, taxes, licences, that can take years to be aproved by the townhall. Talk about conspiracy but this looks made to discourage people to achieve these things. And about the money I'd need to work 2 lives to achieve the money I need. Unless I lived in USA, which I cant without an "unattainable" greencard. Having this realization has made me really sad and depressed and I have problems sleeping overthinking about possible solutions. How can I deal with this big disappointment? I feel like a huge loss within myself like when somebody loved dies.

In very socially advanced countries in northern Europe, actual and previous generations neved had issues with uncivilized behaviours. I know in some countries mothers keep their babies outside or a bar or restaurant without being worried if somebody would kidnap them. There are literally shops where there isnt a employee, and people just enter, pick a box of eggs and leave the money there. Everybody is polite and respectful. In contrast migrants that come from poor countries act from a very low conscious paradigm of survivalism. Id say stage beige from spyral dynamics. They act selfishly, wild and from an ego perspective. Morality dont mean much for them. So wenever a native swedish, finnish, german witness such a brutal animalistic behaviour he doesnt know how to act, because never in his life had to deal with these situations, so most of them get shocked or paralized. Thats why so much local kids are bullied by migrants, people is robbed, abused.. The cultural contrast is brutal and so the integration very difficult.

The flat earth theory is also harmless. Talking about secret societies like the illuminati, masonry, jesuits is also harmless. Discussing about the origins of humanity from the annunaki theory, extraterrestrial origin is also harmless. We have to separate real dangerous hate speech like nazi propaganda, racism, sexism.. from harmless things. I've seen users banned just because their harmless theories were labeled by Leo as crazy conspiracies.

check the basics of quantum theory. It's needed a conscious/intelligent observer to things manifest in this material reality. If not, its just a field of infinite probabilities unmanifested.

The media and music issue is about a stimulation problem, your dopamine and serotonine receptors are craving for it. This happened to me when I was in love with a girlfriend and whenever she wasnt next to me I felt a compulsive need to replace her with music, movies and other shit... so maybe you're right and you're replacing love with stimulation. About the mirror there's nothing bad. Some of us have great appretiation to beauty, aestethic, and when you see your face/body in the mirror and you like it is like contemplating a piece of art in the museum, or a sunset in nature. Nothing to do with ego.

When you're willing to use your own life in service to others, for example what missionaries do going to Africa to help the poor.

What's deeper, realizing that everything is a dream or realizing you're God? If we are one how the dreamer (God) can separate him from the dream? Wouldnt be going back to duality?

In the medieval age farmers had to give a third part of their harvest to the feudal lord, in exchange for protection, living inside the walls, using the land... Nowadays in some european countries like denmark, france, austria the fiscal pressure is around 45-48%. Do you call this progress? Slavery never ended, and the fixed salaries and taxes keep the poors slaves because this way they are easily controlable.

Do you have the feeling that we live in a simulation? A lot of spiritual teachers talk about the theory of the holographic/simulated reality like in the movie Matrix, as if the world ended time ago and we are living a recreated world run by AI. it's very depressing the possibility, but I found a worse theory that combines the matrix+the human farm, where's there is no spiritual liberation because we are forced to reincarnate with traps that other entities create to feed from our psychic energy. Percieving everything with perfect focus and awareness, best after a good night of sleep and a coffee. In the other side, the worst feeling is having brainfog.

The alpha, beta, sigma concepts are just labels to define the attitude towards the system. The aplhas wants to be the big boss, the betas dont mind being the meek slave, and the sigmas just step out the paradigm and dont want to be part in this silly game.

Not necessarily has to be associated with sadness and loss. Preety_India says she doesnt like herself. That's because she doesnt met their belief system standards or expectatives created by society. Subconsciously she knows that and is resentful and angry with the world. So the solution is to break out with her belief system that makes her unhappy, stop caring about other people say or think, and his owng ego judging her. A good experiment is being alone for a few days in nature likea retreat, or with animals where you dont have to meet expectatives and standards and you forget about the ego. If doing that the anger disappears is because is related with what I've said.
