Okay so this take doesnt have enough substance behind it to be posted in another section but it's a fun take. Appearently Johnny Depp has a deep fear of clowns. He is kind of a clown himself as he can tap into a kind of consciousness so unbound by the rules and structures of everyday thinking to create a role such as Jack Sparrow. (Johnny Depp created Jack Sparrow not the other way around) Maybe thats why he has a fear of clowns because he is so close to becoming insane and he fears becoming insane.

I now think of it as a different distribution of consciousness. You are super aware of some things and not so aware of other things.

I even had a bad dream today which is really rare. I was in fear of myself because I didnt know who the fuck I suddenly was. My behavior and way of thinking changed so drastically over the last week.

I have taken adhd medication consistently for more than a week now. I feel very anchored in this dream and kind of lost interest in spirituality. My freudinian it takes charges. My belly chakra suddenly feels activated. I just realized how much it was repressed before.

Probably most people do it out of desperation for money. In a country where the lower class has a good standard of living this might be the most exceptable because no one would do it out of complete desperation. I mean there is the possibility that somebody just loves pleasuring lonely people and it would be sad if they couldnt make money with their passion. I cant tell if realistically someone would think that way.

I dont think that is true. I think other women care with whom you sleep if they have feelings for you. Not to the same extend perhaps. Partly also because I dont think that you can disconnect sex with feelings completely. Not in my experience at least it would make things easier. Well I think it probably has to do with evolution. If a guy cheats with other women but has feeling for his partner then he will care more for her and her kids then the other women. But I am no expert in evolutionary psychology.

So the perception of a spider is you because you are also just a perception among perceptions. That sounds like ego death or something. A spider doesnt have a human brain, human eyes etc. so its experience is very different. Like imagining that you put your brain into a spiders body and have a spiders to do list doesnt quite cut it obviously but there is no other way to get closer to the phenomenal experience of a spider I can think of. So this are the only ways I can interpret your experience which doesnt sound like spider consciousness to me. But I have no idea if it was different for you please enlighten me.

What I learned is that you cant get from 0 to 100 like that. If you spent your days alone you won't get into a social vibe all of a sudden. You need social interactions going on that built you up and then you can pursue cold approach but maybe you dont even need to at this point. But pick up definitely does help you in some ways. When you face a fear it will become smaller. I am not devastated anymore when I get rejected so thats a plus. Also you built all kinds of social skills and inner game.

That you get a sense of power by giving up power is a very counterintuitive thing. For me personally it was a missing piece in the puzzle as I couldnt articulate the appeal of bottoming. I didnt know that this is common knowledge in bdsm.

Social media didnt emerge from stage green, pretty much all stages use it. Of course social media is toxic and creates disfunctions but that is because of social media algorithms not really because of any stage. What you find on social media is the lowest consciousness stuff. In stage orange individuals it might be dudes showing off their steroid body, money and beautiful girls they have no connection to. In stage green people it might be fake pity or something idk I am not on social media.

A bit simplistic I would say. Thats a bit like saying at a certain point society created gay people because they weren't there before in signifiant quantities. They were there before they just got demonized. Because of the different values that green has the problem you mentioned can be expressed in green.

I see it as two sided. 1) If people cant express their opinion then these people and their followers won't be able to consciously work on their positions. When their position gets repressed they will self righteous about it and the shit will grow underground. So in that sense Lex Fridman does a great job. 2) On the other hand it can also encourage bad behavior. If people feel accepted for everything they do then they might get the idea that they can do everything because they can get away with it. So I think you cant have both but the best middle ground is being totally non judgmental but also not encouraging.

From what I read its 1k. After the gym owner didnt pay it the trans person claims 5k + 2.5k compensation. The question is did the gym owner anything wrong by banning the trans person from the gym? There are some interviews with the gym owner. She said that her female clients felt uncomfortable and intimidated with the trans person so she banned her for the well being of her clients. Hard to find the line between transphobia and not.

Interesting would like to see that clip. That behavior is quite normal though you really need to built a connection to your role so distraction isnt good. I did a bit of amateur acting myself. When I think of actors who got spiritual through their profession I think of Jim Carrey. There is a lot of content of him out there. Once he said that basically after playing a role he wondered who he himself was and then got to the thought that when he can change himself like that maybe he himself is an illusion. And a lot of other spriritual and semi spiritual stuff. I wonder if acting itself does anything to that (like is changing your ego all the time a spiritual practice) or if it's just that actors are usually more open minded and when a few of them reach spiritual insights they get a lot of attention.

Very interesting question! I have got a few unsorted thoughts on it. 1) Being stage yellow means understanding all the stages below but not falling for them. In many movies the people and especially the bad guy are depicted from a stage blue, orange, green perspective. Like the bad guy is just born bad lolz (blue), or other people are just more lazy (orange) or the bad guy is just a power hungry asshole looking for nothing but making money (green). Very partial understanding which demonizes these perspectives. So for the role a stage yellow understanding is often not required or even counterproductive imo. 2) I dont know if it is necessary for the craft of acting itself to have a stage yellow understanding of things. You DO need to find some kind of authentic access to the role. So the question is can you fill out the role so that you get natural impulses and stuff without actually understanding the role or do you have to understand the role. And if the last is true does that mean you are actually at stage yellow or just stage yellow at this particular thing or even not yellow but able to imitate a stage yellow understanding through technique?

She says a lot she simple isnt a natural at selling it. The opposite of trump. Every president has a close support team obviously so it's never just them. I mean there are some things solid enough to endure backlash and steadily force themselves through all of society. The acceptance of gay people is something solid like that which can eventually even reach conservatives. Here in Germany there are even gay politicians in the right parties.

I like seeing society as one big intelligence with different facets. But I think that conservatism plays a role not only in a situational panic break when it is most noticeable but all the time to a lesser extend as well. Society moves at a reasonable rate because liberals have new ideas which they want to fulfill and conservatives hold on to stuff that has been working and only will accept new stuff if it has been working for some time.
