I have dominant stage green and some of the yellow which I aim to develop completely. I understand that systematical thinking is an important part of the yellow. I'd like to get book recommendations about systematical thinking and/or other books that would help me to integrate yellow. Thank you.

I like the idea that there may be another intelligent creatures like us or much more developed than us. One of my weirdest wishes was to go out at night and meet by accident an alien. This may be scary and exciting at the same time. He may be hostile to me but I don't bother myself about this too much. I believe that there's life outside our planet and there's a very civilized life. They don't come to here because we are not interesting for them as we think we are. Maybe they do come but they have such a technology that makes them invisible or something. What do you think about aliens? Share with me all you know, facts and crazy stories that you heard somewhere.

It gets worse but the governments don't take it seriously enough. I hate the fact that they are so indifferent to this even now when we see clearly how the climate changes have impact on us and I can do nothing about it. My diet is mostly vegan, I'm not a big consumer, I use public transport and have no kids and I do what I can to avoid harming environment but I feel like it's useless because government or corporations still don't give a fuck and they are still destroying this world, actually not only them but also we as human race. It's so frustrating for me.

I got vaccinated on April and since then my period changed: I have much more pain, extreme pain that I never had. Usually my periods are light but after I got vaccinated it got heavier. On the 3-4 first days of my period I can't focus on anything or do anything even yoga or meditation, my mind feels weak and my body feels heavy and is aching. I take strong pills but even those aren't that effective. I smoked weed and this was more effective but it's too expensive for me. Before I took the vaccine I had light period, pain and disfunction on the first day only. But this is not the only thing I'm worried about. I started to bleed between the periods and experience massive womb/legs/head pain. Also problems with my focus and tiredness. I read that it may be cancer or something, not so dangerous one but it's an option. I have an appointment with the gynecologistc on the end of this month and I'll see. I know I should have to do it earlier... I procrastinated it. But better later than never. Is someone had the same experience? Or any other menstruation changes after she got vaccinated?

There's literally movies about everything Lol Straight men's exaggerated antigonism against gayness, is an indictor of repressed attraction to men. @RazeI read about it a bit and there were some matriarchal cultures, some of them still exists. Some of them do repressing men, some of them equal, in others, men aren't allowed to exist at all.

So many young people... Millennials... maybe also gen z. It's really sad. It's a mirror for the extreme sickness of our society and the sick form of capitalism those days.

@LastThursday If the definition to pure authenticy is the first thought you come with (and other instincts that biology programmed us with) or the first action you take, then I can say that impulsiveness is pure authenticity. But I think that authenticity is some higher true, beyond our animal's first instincts. Maybe combined with them but isn't them absolutely. So I would say that impulsiveness has some rough true but not a pure form of authenticity. @gettoefl Yes, I think you brought good examples.

@Gesundheit2 I can't see how our society is more feminine than masculine. It does more feminine compered to the past but it still more masculine than feminine. Our society still prefers rationalism over intuition, doing over being, competition over cooperation, judgment over acceptance. @Preety_India 1. It gives those women a safe place to live in or at least a sense of safety. 2. It brings them some sense of control over their life. Those are good enough reasons to create such a village. The fact that this exists in such a country means that it useful.

@Thought Art I like this clear explanation. I personally don't believe that having ADHD or ADD is a real problem as culture make us believe. It considered as a problem relatively to certain standards at school, work, adult's life, modern society etc. But if someone with ADHD or ADD lives in a jungle it actually would benefit his survival. Most of the ADHD/ADD people I met in my life are usually very creative and gifted. How could that be a problem? @Nahm What is animal? @LastThursday Sure values came from emotions, and also from intuition and consciousness which are more stable compered to impulses that come from temporary emotions and vague urge mostly automatic. This is why I can't agree that impulsiveness is pure authenticity because if it's so, does it mean following your values is the opposite of pure authenticity? How do you define authenticity at all and why you connect authenticity with impulsiveness?

@Zigzag Idiot I don't see either matriarchy or patriarchy as the ultimate solution for the human race forever but I see matriarchy as important structure in order to balance male's dominance. In this video matriarchal is the solution for the radical patriarchy of the villages around them. It's good and healthy to create some balance. Most of the people who have the power are men. There's a reason why there aren't many women in power position. If our society was matriarchal you wouldn't see so many men in power positions. Nice guy phenomenon is basically guy who manipulate a woman to think he is a good person just in order to sleep with her or to have romantic relationship with her. This kind of guys are nice deliberately in order to benefit from it, not out of pure kindness or good heart. It's a Façade. Instead of working on themselves in order to attract women they choose the easy way: to buy a woman with fake kindness. Women dedicate so much time, effort and money to be attractive for men, why men shouldn't do the same?

I think that marriage is a mistake at any age, I don't think marriage is natural for humans. I recommend you to read about it's history, very interesting. Hunter gatherers used to live in tribe where there weren't such a thing as marriage or possessing something or someone, Not possessing someone is a beautiful idea from my spiral dynamics stage green perspective. It's more romantic for me than any modern marriage. When I see people at my age getting married I judged them for being sheep who don't question the marriage institute and go blindly towards the promise of marriage=happiness When in fact it's not true, it's a lie. If you are miserable and you have problems marriage wouldn't fix you. Other times I just feel pity for those young people who get married because they don't know better. I could be at their place. It's a privilege that I live at time when woman don't have to get married. Privilege that my grandmothers and great- grandmother and great-great-great grandmothers hadn't.

Yes, one should be gentle with herself/himself. I also did lots of mistakes and I had many stupid ideas and thoughts as well, I don't want to talk about my behavior which was amazingly stupid in the past compered to the person I am today. Once in a while I catch my head with my hands recalling something stupid, awkward or embarrassing from the past and I say the common phrase: "I'm so stupid" But then, I become aware to what I just said to myself and I remind to myself that it's OK that I'm not perfect. I don't have to be that harsh with myself, I'm improving myself everyday an polishing myself as if I'm a diamond, day by day I becoming who I am supposed to be, going towards my full potential, life is continuous process of improvement and learning, it's so great isn't it? That we have the ability to improve, to change, to adapt?
