@Breakingthewall Thats just stories made up. Originated because a group of people needed to protect itself and males have more physical strength. So they need to objectify themselves and need 'to man up' so they can be used for war and die. Nature only gave men some more physical strength and women the possiblitiy to get children. All the things around it are made up stories. In modern times we don't need men with no connection to their feelings and very harsh and aggressive. So these stories are changing now. Men are way different than 100 years ago. Men of 100 years ago would see us as ultra weak and we them probable as unsophisticated. This is very hard to deny these changes aren't they? We are moving from role mates to soul mates.

Well I think it is healthier to ejaculate like once every week/two weeks. And probably a massage can help. Maybe those two things will do enough for a while. You are getting more energy by not spilling out the sexual energy. Nice. Mantak Chia has al sorts of ways you can increase energy. I think your problem can be solved by having attention to a few things. Mantak nowadays advises drastically lowering ejaculation but not to zero. Million dollar point is controversial, Michael Winn doesnt advise it anymore. This is stopping the ejaculation, but may not be to healthy long term. Also circulating the extra energy through the body is advised if you want to hold higher levels of energy. Otherwise the energy gets blocked which translates in aches/pain bodily distress. Probably also the massage helps taking away blockages. When you hold even higher amounts of energy you also need practices calming and grounding the body. The basic modules of Mantaks system take care of that. When you get to higher spiritual levels Mantak mixes the sexual energy with heart an heaven energy. Its called Kan-li. Very nice I can tell you from experience. You can take it as far or not far as you want. You can also become what is called multiorgasmic in this proces. @Emerald Both have value. Yes and to know were you personally at is about personal experience yes. But still with a man his feminine side can simply be repressed and thought to not be there, while it is there.

@Emerald I am talking the point of freedom, not rebelling against anything. So there is no trap for me both sides can be important. Sometimes you need the strengh to push through on something and the logic and sometimes more intuition, go with the flow , empathy are important. My feminine side was clearly repressed at a younger age and I think that was simply necessary then to have a good position in the group. And no I dont believe women have more feminine than man and vice versa. I have done my research and on lots and lots of traits the differences on an individual level are big and between groups male female are small. I read a lot and have done academic courses on this. To be very honest and maybe rude , I think you are a bit old fashioned.

@Emerald Yes the non physical differences are mostly a story. Group differences within women and men are much larger than differences between the groups in lots and lots of characteristics. The yin receptive side in the Tao is important. Not rowing against the tide , but going along with the stream of nature. This is important for men just as for women. So this has nothing to do with gender like gender is meant mainstream.

No thats not why I dont like the big pressure of conformity that there is to ones gender. Its because I like freedom. I think especially males are locked in to rigid norms.

Elightenment qigong which can be a stand alone practice and some examples of the Healing Tao system a qigong system. Well ok there are lots of taoist variants but healing tao is a more popular one. Also a video about tapping the bones, you will feel them glow. The module of sexual energy is also very recommended. When you become conscious that there is lots of very nice energy in the balls and just with your mind you can move the energy up the spine. Ok this may sound a bit wierd at first. But it just works and thats whats it about. Sexual energy is like when you feel when very aroused. But if you learn to do it without arousal its more like the peacefully feeling you get after ejaculation. When you combine the effects of destressing the emotions with the organs, healing smile, sexual energy and heaven energy then it gets powerfull, you get real nice peacefull contended and an energised feeling which streams through your whole body.
