As regular student I would be on budget or maybe will have to pay years but would still have to actually be on classes and do those tests before exam. But I have option to sign in /still have to pass entrance exam I beleive but have to pay for everything and not obligated to actually go to classes but only on exam. By far best strategy is just having friends and business/money. Since they lack both, well you need to came up with something. Great market for charlatans to milk on them.
