  2. like most high level conscious teachings there are an unfortunate low level amount of consumers, it honestly sucks to see such great yotubers like Leo or Aaron etc getting such low views when other videos get millions of views and the viewer walks away with nothing but time stolen... my point of writing this is to bring some light on the videos that actually make a difference. ill start: Self forgiveness takes away weight you didn't even know you were carrying, all your hate and anger can only be directed to yourself. So why not let it go?

  8. @ALLIS @Egzoset im sure you a newbie here but why talk about something that you don't understand? stop demonising things before you do any research. LSD has an almost instant tolerance that takes around a week to wear off...
  9. everyone is saying meditation is a good habit to have BUT from my own experience Strictly following meditation every day has its downfalls, part of creating habits is to eventually make that action habitual or mechanical / a subconscious automation... the more automated the less conscious it becomes, eventually you just sit there with you eyes closed to "clock in" for your meditator identity. After more than a year of mediating every day I found it was getting less useful, so I stopped for a few days. However, when i decided to sit back down again and meditate that brief break i had allowed be to take a meta-position and really review what it means to meditate properly, the first meditation back was profoundly deep and allowed me to consciously engage and be more Fully present then the 365th day of meditation... i guess the key here is that Meta Meditation is the way lol

  11. So I've been recently reintroduced with Lucy and after a relatively big trip (250ug) I've found that other than opening my mind it's not as progressive as I believe LSD can be... (it could just be trip method but I'm still trying to find the perfect dosage) With that said, I've been interested in Micro dosing and have a few questions that haven't been consistently directly answered: - What is a good dosage to get into the Flow without getting all loopy or "big eyed" - how much UG does it take before your pupil grows, I'm in a position where I rather not let people know I'm tripping... - what dosage best works for you? - I've heard that micro-dosing should be done every 4 days, but wouldn't the tolerance get lower and lower each interval? (stupid question ik but I'm curious) if you have any resources about this topic could you please share? there's not much about this topic on this forum. - Thanks for any help

  13. Wow, that was a lot more helpful than I was expecting, Thank you so much. You mention it helping you with social anxiety, was that a natural bi-product on just using or did you directly work on that whilst tripping (if so, what did you do?) also, do you prefer micro-dosing LSD or Shrooms?
  14. when I first started using LSD I used to do it recreationally, recklessly dropping it whenever I wanted to feel something "different". Fortunately, I found Leos work and have completely changed my trajectory in life for the better. A big part of my progression and open-mindedness is due to the early days of LSD use, however, i feel like I'm missing something when it comes to preparation, is there a way I can Scale up the trip and make it more impactful? Any special meditations I can do whilst on the trip? any activities I should try while tripping? Areas to contemplate while tripping? I appreciate any help

  17. Thanks for the advice, and there's no way ill be doing anything above 500ug as I'm very sensitive to this chemical. However I like the idea of supplements, although I do not have lions mane ill be taking Antarctic krill, L theanine, ashwagandha, green tea extract and think support along with a decent amount of vitamin B as it encourages me to be more creative. ill update how it goes tomorrow

  23. I found putting a elastic band around your wrist and pulling it when ever you crave the addiction, this shows your subconscious brain to avoid such tendencies. Also don’t identify as someone who has nail bitting tendencies.
