  1. The fractal nature of infinity - a solipsism trap for the human mind. This post is not meant to discredit or nullify anything. On the contrary, I want to show you that the expansion and evolution of consciousness (or in consciousness) is like a Russian matryoshka, like classes in school. What follows it does not override what precedes it. When you initiate the process of becoming aware of the nature of Infinity, your assumptions as to what Reality is always doomed to be reconstructed with each new discovery, and this process will never end. The question is, did it have any beginning? I do not know. Contemplating the Infinite transforms your thinking - from linear to nonlinear to spherical. At some point, I realize that looking for the smallest (first) or largest (last) fractal is like looking for the beginning and end of a circle or sphere. I can play around with indefinitely scaling the size of a circle, sphere, or object. I can scale linearly, logarithmically, or chaotically whatever my heart desires. And here, at this moment, when fun, meditation, contemplation, and ordinary everyday life suddenly meet in my magical Now - something I cannot put into words - everything exists. The only thing is an existence born of Consciousness, in Consciousness. Everything is and is not at the same time. Such a superposition of Nothing and Everything. Neti, Neti. I can squeeze everything down to the size of a zero-dimensional point - one of the infinite paradoxes of infinity here - something that has zero dimensions does not exist and exists simultaneously. As a thought, a concept, it is also existence. Infinity breaks the human mind, it is non-human. We are afraid of it and avoid it at all costs. When you experience the Universe within you, the ego quickly captures and conceptualizes the experience. For your own safety, that is mine and yours. But scaling happens in both directions. Suddenly, it slips away from everything you know and goes towards a border that it will never cross, and yet, a border may be there. And behind it, another, greater Infinity. Or less! You can't get it. Figuratively, although it does not reflect what I feel - the wave is only a manifestation of the Ocean, an expression of its activity, but to be the Ocean, it must surrender its existence as something in motion, changing, experiencing its shores and borders. To feel this Infinite Depth, Space, one has to be ready to cross all boundaries, even those whose existence we have not yet realized. There are infinitely many of them. Apart from what is human, there is also the Alien. I recommend the document below - it's a bit too skeptical and too scientific for me, but worth a look anyway till the end. ...and go for Infinity by any means available for human beings and beyond Sat Nam
  2. That is true. Anyway, stories are, what keep us going, what keeps existence in motion. Infinity is, I don't know what. Honestly, I don't know. But it magnetizes me like an abyss behind all stories ever told. To quote Nietzsche: "if you gaze long into the abyss, the abyss also gazes into you." Somewhere in the depths of my heart, there is that primal desire to dissolve into the vastness of the night sky and beyond. Here, language reaches its limitations:)
  3. Note one more thing: the concept of God is well conceptualized at the level of the human mind. The ego immediately captures God-realization - just with the etiquette of God! - and it's ok, it's safe again, he's safe. The greatest dangers to his existence - unconditional Love and Infinity have been neutralized by a simple and effective God-realization. From now on, everything that is dangerous and uncomfortable is only a momentary imagination, a hallucination. This is how you find yourself in the golden cage of your own mind. But real life awaits elsewhere. Start with the fact that You are, always. There is no such possibility for you to stop being. Find out if it's true. Find out who you truly are. It awakens the Force. And may this Force be with you . Let God-realization be just the beginning, not another dead-end.
  4. This kind of reflection has just come to me - realizing what Infinity is, finding it all around us and in us, makes us familiar with the possibility of crossing our own limitations. It sets us free. Perhaps one day, you or I will be ready for the final leap into Infinity
  5. @TEOTLR Thanks for sharing. Deep stuff... Sat Nam ?
  6. @Stretch Try to exercise before meditation. I have my set of yogasanas I practice everyday before sitting in svastikasana (crossed legs) for meditation. And sometimes, due to knee and hip degeneration pains, I have to change the crossing of my legs during meditation.
  7. @Mahyar Agree. I'm open to every possibility. Even to those with that, I'm afraid I have to disagree, although it is hard for my ego, sometimes too hard (working on that). I have had a direct experience with; I would say, very powerful fields of negative polarization. I know that what I have experienced was much more advanced, and knew everything about myself - but not the present person I play now. The actor has played many different characters. Since I took Kundalini practice seriously, I have sometimes been experiencing some inexplicable energies that literally lift me up as I am about to fall.
  8. @Thought Art No amount of yoga, meditation, Zen practice, scripture study, physics, maths, or psychedelic trips will prevent the ego from drawing wrong conclusions. I take solipsism very seriously concerning the Infinite Mind of the Infinite Ocean of Consciousness - the Absolute (but here, you must bear in mind that this is a human concept). I do not know anything that any of the participants of this forum accomplished the complete transcendence of the ego - therefore, speaking about The Absolute compressed to any individual here is, in my opinion, at least an intellectual abuse. The problem is that Absolute Nonduality does not exclude duality on the lower levels - in God's Dream. Many people here cannot open up to this possibility - which I believe is a symptom of intellectual immaturity, not enlightenment.
  9. @Thought Art On the contrary. The message is as clear as the sun. Just admit the possibility that the One Infinite Ocean of Consciousness dreams whatever it wants. And everything It dreams is relatively real, has a certain autonomy of action that evolves, expands with the evolution of the individual. Unless it does not suit your vision and assumptions about what this Ocean is, and how and what It should dream.
  10. @Mahyar Yes I'm very open to what you are saying. I am also grateful to you for the style of your message. Affirmative, not exclusive. Sat Nam?
  11. @amanen one question: what is your definition of "non-physical". Something that exists beyond stuff we call energy, i.e.?
  12. @Razard86 calm down Brother. There are just diffrent POVs, that The Way It Is. We often disagree here, and that is actually very good. I don't want another circle of mutual adoration. These diffrent POVs teach us to accept things out of our conditioning frame, out of our assumptions. That is very good. I like the way You are, despite I disagree with You in some subjects. The most valueable thing out of this mutual interaction, is lesson in accepting You as You are??? Sat Nam?
  13. Well said, Brother ??? Sat Nam
  14. Ok, I need to stop here. Got strange time recently, need to chill out. I feel that instead of being open, I am trying to impose my point of view... Anyway, Peace, Brother?
  15. This year's Nobel Prize in Physics is about Bell's Inequality. Briefly, nothing exists outside of consciousness. There is no external existence. The universe we experience is only locally real. to the frame of reference that we are, also created or imagined by consciousness. But there is nothing there about any absolute lack of existence! On the contrary - existence IS REAL. Locally, relatively but REAL.
  16. But it is possible do unimagine being human to the such a degree, that you stop eating and drinking for good and you can play with your body by jumping in and out of it. You literally overcome being human in common sense. Can you do it? That's something practical at least... But this needs years and years of practice, total devotion born out of need to unimagine being human once for good. I sincerely wish you that. And myself as well?
  17. There is one more issue with the power of god's imagination. It Is not so easy to unimagine it all. And by direct experience of being human anybody can feel its true power. Reality as real as God can imagine.
  18. @Razard86 I don't need to pretend to have life. I am life.
  19. @Razard86 you highly underestimate power of your imagination? - God imagination to be precise. Anyway, I still don't know why it is so important for you to strip this imaginary universe of an aura of mystery that can be explore in some many ways. You may simply don't like math or physics, that's ok. But in end you need to walk some distance to your toilet to piss and because of gravity your urine droplets do not float around you. Do I miss something??
  20. Sometimes if you drive too fast, fly too high, dive too deep only a crash can wake you up. An alien crash in this case. But this is not that simple... God realization (or alien god realization) entails god responsibility to itself... this is something no god can escape.
  21. Do you know that you cannot lie in mathematics? It's really the most beautyful language fot me...
  22. @Razard86 infinity welcomes everything. Mathematics is included??. Maybe you still need awaken to that???
