Combined with daily proper hatha yoga practice + proper eating, drinking, and sleeping - you will start experiencing the transformation of your body-mind complex quite soon. If you add a booster like Kriya Yoga or Kundalini Kriya shift is enormous. To the extent that If not done consequently might be hard to handle.
