  1. March 31, the Mayor of Bucha happily declares that the Russian army has left the town. No talk about war crimes, genocide or anything of that sort. The National Police enters Bucha first after Russians leave. Here's the official video (no dead bodies, no one they talked to said anything about civilians being killed): You can see a white armband on some of the bodies. White armbands are worn by the Russian troops; some civilians in Ukraine also wear white armbands in Russian occupied territories as a way to show that they're pro-russian and not dangerous. For Ukrainian forces a white armband means the opposite: enemy, shoot. Now, this is from the Facebook post of the Ukrainian National Police: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=931477950850433 "Today, April 2, in the liberated city of Bucha, Kyiv region, special units of the National Police of Ukraine began clearing the area of saboteurs and accomplices of Russian troops." Make of this what you will.
  2. Your hatred for everything Russian is strong. Pride about being of any nationality is stupid because it has nothing to do with one's personal achievements. It's like being proud of my city's sports team when it has absolutely nothing to do with me.

  4. https://noticias.uol.com.br/internacional/ultimas-noticias/2022/03/28/decidi-deixar-ucrania-apos-governo-criminalizar-imprensa-diz-jornalista.amp.htm "Since the beginning of the war on February 24, one journalist has been killed on average per week in Ukraine. The responsibility for these deaths fell on Russian troops, but we know that the chance that these professionals were killed by Ukrainians, not Russians, is very high."
  5. That's people reacting to unfairness, not to their construction being deconstructed. That's not how things get deconstructed.
  6. This kind of philosophical deconstruction is useful to realize emptiness, yet on a practical level nothing changes. Clouds are clouds and mountains are mountains. A man is a man, a woman is a woman.
  7. It's very practical. And the world is dichotomous. Creation is based in polarity.
  8. Sure. Doesn't mean they're not real on a practical level. Using an argument of "male/female is a construct" on a practical level, which this thread is about, doesn't work.
  9. If they're constructions then it should make no difference to you whom to have sex with, a man or a woman.
  10. So you suppose people from Mariupol should get information about what's happening around them from the internet? What does telling a Russian soldier apart from Ukrainian solider has to do with anything? It has to do with everything. I get an impression you barely watched the video.
  11. Lol, people of Mariupol tell you how it is, yet you choose to believe what you're told on your TV. Sure, they may be clueless about the current situation in Ukraine, yet they are the ones who were in Mariupol this whole time. I'm pretty sure they can tell a Russian soldier from a Ukrainian. Only parts of the city are now under Russian control, and only recently. Most of the time it was controlled by the armed forces of Ukraine. Mariupol is Azov's base. That's one of the reasons why Russians are having such a hard time taking control of it.
  12. Interviewer: "We have heard that a half a million children have died. I mean that's more children than died in Hiroshima. You know, is the price worth it?" Albright: "I think this is a very hard choice, but the price, we think the price is worth it."
  13. Patrick Lancaster is not Russian media. He has more videos interviewing people from Mariupol etc. It's not exactly the same picture that you get from the mainstream media.
  14. Biological men competing with women is unfair to women. But being politically correct and not upsetting minority groups is more important these days than being fair and reasonable.
  15. Ukraine is a democratic country on paper, not in reality. The only difference is that the dictator-mafia state doesn't have one face like in Russia or Belarus, but is a group of people. I think the biggest problems with Russia started when a pro-Russia government was overthrown and an anti-Russia government was installed by the West. Of course, people think they did it. There's no such thing as "how Ukraine thinks". Ukraine is very divided. There are a lot of people who are pro Russia, those who were against Maidan, didn't accept the illegal government and were called 'separatists', bombed, shot at, burned.
  16. If both governments are equally corrupt, it doesn't make that big of a difference. You change one puppet for another, not much changes for the better.
  17. Sure. My reply was to "taking responsibility for it". I don't support Putin. But I also don't buy into the Ukrainian and Western propaganda about Russia and the war in Ukraine. I don't support Zelensky and the Kievan government, NATO and US. If you think that Russians are brainwashed by their government and media and Ukrainians are not brainwashed by theirs, well, you're mistaken. There are as much propaganda and lies in the Ukrainian media as there are in the Russian media. And the Ukrainian governments acts in the same ways as the Russian government. Just a few days ago, Zelensky banned 3 opposition TV channels. Same thing Russia did a few weeks ago. In 2021, he censored 2 pro-Russian TV channels, He also banned 11 political parties. Ukraine is pretty much a proxy war between the US and Russia. Except they're fooled into thinking they're fighting for their land and the West is their friend. Yeah, the West is supplying them with more weapons each day so they can fight longer, which means more damage to the country and more people being killed.
  18. I wasn't born in Russia, don't live in Russia, never had Russian citizenship. Not sure what responsibility you're talking about. I did check the weather. The weather is quite a bit colder in Mariupol than Nikolaev.
  19. Not everyone is interested in non-duality. And not everyone has to be interested in it. There's nothing wrong with just pursuing normal human things. You seem to think you're somehow better because you 'get it' and he doesn't. Typical ego stuff.
  20. I wasn't that much off. It was above 0 on most days and slightly below 0 on most nights. Average 4-5 during during the day and -2 at night. Everyone who doesn't hold your view about the situation and who doesn't believe everything they're being told by the Ukrainian and Western media is a lying Russian troll. I get it.
  21. It's not about missile strikes. It's about civilian casualties. Syria: According to the Statista Research Department, almost 207,000 civilians had been killed by November 2020, including about 25,000 children. Ukraine: Number of civilian casualties in Ukraine during Russia's invasion verified by OHCHR as of March 21, 2022: 2510 (The actual number is probably 2-3 times higher).
  22. - Dear friends! I have lied to you a lot since Spring 2014. Nope, take your time. ) "lied" not in the sense of "stating the facts", but in the sense "did not completely say what I really think." Two main lines were operating: - creation of patriotic magnifying glass in which we "all unite, honor and heroic", and Ukraine expect shining prospects, - black propaganda against Russia. It was purely propaganda work, brought to life by Russian military aggression against Ukraine. Three years later, I concluded: - propaganda is a part of the war, it is possible and even (unfortunately) necessary, but only at anonymous beginnings, t. well. when you don’t put your name under her. Now on my true position. 1. I am not a patriot. And, not only of Ukraine, but any national state as such. I am a patriot of the "5th project", a united Earth project in the spirit of Teiar de Charden and Vernadsky. Of modern figures, the closest thing to me is Musk, the man who is most consistently and actively implementing the project of restructuring the social system "Humanity" into a polyglobal dimension. That's why I still prefer "Through the Thorn to the Stars" to Cyborgs. On issues of historical memory restoration, justice, struggle, victories and defeats, the formation of nations, language/s, closing historical wounds, I look like a soldier on lice. I don't care about them with saliva from a high level of noospherism. I even recognize their importance, but I personally am not interested. That's why I'm going back to the language I'm more comfortable speaking. If you are a patriot, I respect your views. But I really don't like the version of patriotism on which we all went together. If for patriotism you need to keep something quiet and suppress someone, I do not participate in such patriotism. 2. It is because I am not at all swayed by national issues that I am not leaving Ukraine (yet, in any case). And because I am a citizen of this country, I have honestly done and continue to perform my civil duties, first and foremost, in the field of security, with my little contribution (military training, analytical materials). Not for the cause of patriotism. For the cause of fair exchange. I am not a passenger. We're in the same boat, we're working on the boat. However, there are two specific red lines for me, when crossing which I will review the conditions of cooperation: - if the state / society begins to force the implementation of a certain socio-political project by force, - if the state/society begins to restrict the possibility of free thought, activity, speech. In this sense, I tend to see the introduction of "language quotas" as a negative signal. And closely following the trends. 3. I am not at all concerned about the development of Ukrainian culture as such. I welcome him, somewhere even helping him, but not because of sentiment towards her as such, but as one of the many cultures of our great and beautiful Earth. Nothing no more . Nice culture ,nice one. Like it a lot . 4. I do not think the Ukrainian people is something outstanding, and our society is special. On the contrary, I believe that both possess a series of very serious systemic, genesis flaws, among which pettiness, hysterical and irrationality are at the forefront. On the whole, I feel for the public mass (in its present state) close to moderately disgust, although I remain modestly optimistic about its perspectives. Truth is, in a very low key. A lot and a lot. 5. I deeply don't care (saliva) Poroshenko or Saakashvili. Because you (with rare personal exceptions) are in such a state of your own that you can be placed at the head of the kingdom of Jesus Christ - you are setting it up anyway. And the key to that today is your reaction to Poroshenko and Saakashvili's "fight", in general - your voluntary participation in it. Not entirely sure that those participating, supporting and debating this struggle are complete assholes, but the fact that they are temporary assholes is at least I guarantee. 6. I left all media in order not to support the infantilistic and paranoid tendencies that the media cultivate. What I think is necessary to convey, I will deliver from my page. One of my teachers once told me, "If you want to be famous, don't interview shallow journalists." I decided to test this sentence from my own experience. Checked out. He was right. 7. Good Times - having Christmas . From now on, I'm focusing on educational projects: "Philosophical studies", seminars, new courses "The Art of Thinking and Speaking". I prefer to work with people one by one, personally. With the people Not with "patriots", "fighters", Ukrainians, Chinese or Americans. With specific people - who thinks it's necessary for themselves and is ready to deal with it seriously. 8. I've been wondering for a long time whether to arrange this soulful stripping session or quietly do it with a pen. After thinking about it, I came to the conclusion that the position still needs to be clarified. 9. Thank you for your attention. 10. Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. And - the music. https://www.facebook.com/alexey.arestovich/posts/1755456667851739
