  1. I completed my fitness program in april however 3 weeks after that I was thrown off balance. It was because if a deep emotional trigger, I went back to my lower self, identification of triggers can help me be more stable, however I noticed that during my phase of being off balance I wanted to be like that I wanted to be sad depressed and unable to do anything that matters. Maybe that in itself was a balancing act by my brain, maintaining homeostasis. Another emotional trigger caused me to get back to my balanced lifestyle and last week was pretty balanced. I need to maintain this balance when feeling low, when out of my state for work and when on vacation. Balance is the key ? to live the best life.

  6. Hey Leo @Leo Gura is that course you were talking about few years ago about the sub conscious mind still going to make it on the website ? I'm sorry to ask if you have scrapped the idea and mentioned it in your latest vedios or forum as I haven't seen much of the latest content. But please let me know if anyone has info about this subject.

  8. February was a good month to exercise my banace muscles, even though I was on service trips I managed to keep a balance between the higher self and work.. Last 10 days i have managed to add the subconscious component too.. The power of full engagement has thought me to banacr my energy and not my time which is such a huge and powerful concept when applied.. I have also introduced the concept of keeping track of negative self talk in my journal and this will be a huge turning point in my psyche, I will mention about the effects as I begin to observe them 10 months more for the year 2022 and I am progressing towards laying the foundation a great balanced life.
  9. Hey guys how is it going ? I just came across this insight few days ago and I would like to share this with you, I think about this and it is very helpfull in all aspects of life. Work on your goal delegently and you will achieve it sooner or later. So why be frustrated, angry, anxious and envious during the process ? Just enjoy life the way it comes. Even if you don't achieve your goals, Why be frustrated, angry, anxious and envious ? Just enjoy life, follow the mastery process and accept drudgery. Can someone share all those worksheets? Or best if Leo @Leo Gura could share all the worksheets that were shared in the vedios ?

I had collected all worksheets earlier but my old laptop doesn't work anymore , many people in this forum have collected a lot of these resources so I thought maybe someone may have this already and could help me out.

  15. Turns out covid was a blessing in disguise. I managed to break the chains of bad eating habits and get back on track with eating healthy food. Slowly I could get back to exercising regularly and reading books as well as working on my final year project too. Still haven't had service visits yet to challenge myself and maintain balance during those periods too. However the last week was very successful in creating balance. I will continue doing what i do and working on myself and see where I am headed.
  16. Hey guys hope you all are well... I have been travelling a lot in these last 2 years but was fortunate enough to not get covid until last week, I tested positive yesterday. Have a bad throat and body pain but no fever.... Have a certain anger towards the medical industry as I have been taking medicines for the last few months(last 4 months) for migrane and stuff and even if any thing happens to my stomach like loose motions. I feel because of the medicines my immune system got week and I finally got the virus. Also I have been double vaccinated but now I feel the vaccination was a scam, cause I didn't get covid when I was not vaccinated ! Anyways now is the best time for me to catch up with Leo's content to meditate more, listen to more books.
  17. My vision for this year came crashing down before it could even launch.. I am down with cocid since a week now.. Lot of down time just resting and working on my throat, gargling with salt water, drinking soups and warm water having meds etc.. Need a plan to overcome this downtime and get my life back on track..

I've been on service visit for the last 3 days and it has been a good balancing act so far, at got the meditation kriya yoga and exercise part of it balanced just have to add few elements here and there like working on life purpose and training the subconscious mind... As I'm pursuing a part time post graduate program pursuing life purpose becomes a little difficult.. never the less there will always be hope to try to get it all Done... ✌
  22. 2nd day of the year was pretty good.. Did many of the essential tasks in my life... Tomorrow is the challenging day.. I'll be on service visit doing wage slavery and then finding balance in that would be a great deal for me.. working on my life purpose must start,however it is not planned for tomorrow.. I live in hope, the beautiful wonderful thing that's always with me to overcome all obstacles... Balance balance balance
