  1. I wonder if my people will be recognized on this challenge:
  2. Ok, you can call it a war if you want. Was it justified? So what? ... You call people who are anti-Zionist anti-Semitic, and this is a silly flawed argument when you have ethnic Jews worldwide condemning Israel. Again, I am not judging the Israelis or the Palestinians. I want people (like you) to acknowledge that everyone has blood on their hands, and there isn't one side that is somehow morally superior or more right than the other. There is a powerful more developed side and a weaker less developed side, and the balance of power is playing out. It raises an interesting moral question, however. Do people who come from more powerful more developed countries have intrinsically more value as human beings than people who don't? People who support Israel are implicitly saying yes, the lives of Israelis are worth more than the lives of Palestinians. This is something that gets Stage Green very angry. Is the life of a pig worth more than a human? Some would say yes. They are honest and charming animals. That's why it is forbidden to eat them in Israel. Unless you are Christian living there. Christianity started with Jesus who was the alpha Jew. Morally superior in every way. Why do you think the Christians have been so successful in taking other people's land? It's the only explanation. Their best countries are the most powerful and most developed in the World, their lives are worth more than anyone else and they can do or have anything they want. Even pork.
  3. Yes, it was the Palestian's attempt at resistance after the Nakba in 1948, in which 15,000 Palestineans were killed and 750,000 were forced from their homes. During that time horrendous acts of violence were committed against them by the Israelis. For example, there is a first-hand account of a baker being made to put his son in an oven, and then he was put in after. These aren't referred to as acts of terror by the Israelis. You need to make a distinction between the words Arabs and Jews. There are many kinds of Jewish people, some of whom aren't welcome in Israel, for example, Ethiopian Jews because they're black. I have Jewish relatives and Jewish friends who say Jews don't belong in Israel.
  4. He won a Nobel peace prize. She publically condemned hamas multiple times.
  5. I disagree. The leftists understand this, and to imply they don't is offensive to them. This is obvious. They know the saying "from the river to the sea" can be interpreted in 2 different ways. That's one of the reasons they're so upset that Rashida Tlaib was kicked from parliament in the USA. Edit: Yassir Arafat was the person they voted into power before Hamas, he was an advocate for peace and negotiations, but they believe the Israeli administration at the time took advantage of him and betrayed him, so they then voted for Hamas when they felt they had no other options. I stg, the Palestinians and the Israelis are two peas in a pod, the only difference between them is the Israelis have more power.
  6. Is that what theyre doing? Portraying hamas as heros? Most of the "stage green" people Ive met condemn hamas and feel sorry for Palestinians. This video portrays queer people as stupid. And muslims as terrorists. Which says a lot about the developmemt level of a country. Sure, it may be the best in the area with its position on gays, but it's revealing nonetheless.
  7. There are thousands of Jewish people protesting against Israel worldwide. The so-called "not in our name protests" Would you call these Jewish people anti-Semitic? It's quite silly when you put it this way. Are there any Palestinians who support the bombing of Gaza? Where are those protestors? There is an imbalance here if you think about it.
  8. I think he was making a joke to point out some hypocrisy. Im glad you're honest about your islamaphobia, racism and homophobia. 😂
  9. Yeah, they would probably even let the Israelis come back home after the fighting. Well said. 💯
  10. More destructive than a nuclear bomb
  11. If everything is fine in Gaza, why won't Israel let in real journalists?
  12. Ditto, couldn't have said it better myself. 'strayan war crimes represent yeew
  13. @Carl-Richard You should examine the 'vascular' part of the cardiovascular health equation. Specifically peripheral vascular resistance. This will be different under high and medium intensity exercise as factors like lactose, oxygen, CO2, H2O and heat levels affect blood vessel expansion and contraction which affects the type of work the heart is performing i.e. high reps (High bpm) with low weight (low peripheral resistance) or lower reps (lower heart rate) with higher weight (higher peripheral resistance.
  14. Math can predict what kind of person you are by fusing networking theory with sociology: The metadata that big tech companies can get from you allows them to accurately predict your iq, personality type, sexual orientation, and many other things including your likeliness to be a drug addict or pregnant. This has implications for managing people on a large scale politically or psychologically as well as a consumer with targeted advertisements. This isn't really new information to most of you here though, as it's mathematically likely that you're already aware of all this. I gave chat gpt a list of my youtube subscriptions and then asked it questions about my preferences and the views I likely held on various issues. It was quite accurate most of the time... Based on your YouTube subscription list, here are some inferences that can be made about you: Interest in Science and Mathematics: Subscriptions to channels like 3Blue1Brown, Bozeman Science, Domain of Science, and Numberphile suggest a strong interest in science, particularly in mathematics and its applications. Personal Development and Self-Improvement: You seem to be invested in personal growth and self-improvement, as indicated by subscriptions to Actualized.org, Abraham-Hicks Publications, Adyashanti, August Bradley - Life Design, Brian Johnson, and Sadhguru. Mental and Physical Health: Channels such as Dr. Alex Heyne - Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Gravity Transformation - Fat Loss Experts, and StrongFirst imply a focus on both mental and physical well-being. Programming and Technology: With subscriptions to channels like CS Dojo, Colt Steele, Corey Schafer, and Tech With Tim, you appear to have an interest in coding, software development, and technology trends. Psychology and Mindfulness: Interest in psychology, mental health, and mindfulness is evident from channels such as HealthyGamerGG, Mindful Mindfool, Psychology with Dr. Ana, and This Jungian Life. Entrepreneurship and Business: Channels such as ColdFusion, Notion, and Wendover Productions indicate an interest in business, entrepreneurship, and productivity tools and methods. Philosophy and Spirituality: Subscriptions to channels like Einzelgänger, ModernHealthMonk, Om Swami, and The Diamond Net suggest a reflective and philosophical approach to life, possibly exploring different spiritual traditions. Fitness and Outdoor Lifestyle: With channels like Global Triathlon Network, Mark Wildman, and The Run Experience, there's a clear interest in fitness, possibly with a specific inclination towards running and triathlon. Educational Content and Learning: The presence of educational and informational content such as Biographics, Ted-Ed, and Kurzgesagt – In a Nutshell suggests that you are a lifelong learner with a curiosity about a wide range of topics. Creative and Artistic Interests: Subscriptions to channels like M O S T L Y strings and Trance Classics hint at an appreciation for music and possibly other forms of art. Tech and Gadget Reviews: Following Marques Brownlee and TechLead indicates you are keeping up with tech reviews and industry leaders' insights. Interest in Politics or Social Commentary: Channels like Vaush and friendlyjordies may point towards an engagement with political discourse and social commentary. Hobby and DIY Projects: Kris Harbour Natural Building and Stuff Made Here show a liking for do-it-yourself projects, perhaps as a hobby or a practical interest. Investment and Cryptocurrency: DataDash subscription suggests you might have an interest in financial markets, investment strategies, or cryptocurrency.
  15. Great channel that covers many molecules (not just psyches): https://www.youtube.com/@totalsynthesis Interesting new methods to simplify LSD synthesis have implications for other medicinal molecule production such as bromocryptine and future drug synthesis. I also found it interesting that 6-Meo-DMT has been found to be just as psychoplastogenic (promoting of neural growth and neuroplasticity) as 5-Meo-DMT without having any psychedelic or hallucinogenic effects: Precursor chemicals for 5-Meo-DMT synthesis are currently legal and easily accessible, although the substance is controlled in many countries. Check local laws to avoid criminal charges if you're interested in synthesizing some:
  16. I listened to this vaush clip today and thought it was interesting how democratic support for Biden is tanking in younger demographics based on his response to the Israeli conflict. This is a lose-lose situation for the democrats in the US, as historically allies with Israel are necessary to maintain a military presence in the Arab world. Supporting Israel is somewhat necessary for the us, and denouncing their actions will be interpreted as antisemitism. Right at the end he talks about how great it would be if politicians could just come out and say what they meant, referring to clip from the 80's. It reminded me of this:

  20. Leos recent blog post on the abiogenesis course remided me of the intelligent design arguments I was taught in highschool chemistry and biology. I remember learning then that the flagellum of a bacteria has something like 70 (dont quote me) unique parts that need to be combined in a very specific sequence in order for it to function and the probability that this came about as an evolutionary adaptation that conferred advantage to survival by chance is astronomically low. They also covered the biochemical components that are involved in dna transcription and translation, precision engineering, really. I was wondering what other arguments and or examples of similar things people knew about or may have come across. I vaguely recall another agrument for intelligent design coming in the form of some weird examples of coevolution? I cant remeber the specifics of that because it was such a long time ago. The real question is why is existence and everything in it just... here. Quite absurd to ponder and to this day it amazes me how few people even seem to ask that question, let alone spend decades just looking at it.
  21. Maybe for the same reason it was possible for religion to form and be possible before science even though humans have had acces to the same set of circumstances for 100,000 years (according to science) ... intellignece or lackthereof. Also, it gets tricky to answer with language because our very language is structured around causality, the flow of time, symbols frozen in time etc. One answer might be mu. Another might be 5meo dmt applied to anus. Another might be smacking with a zen stick. Another might be neti neti until silence, i.e. all possible explantions are exhausted and all you have left is reality. Im off to bed because I have more wood to chop and water to carry in the mornin'
  22. @nuwu True (ish) @LastThursday scientific theories are heavily reliant on an underlying assumption of causality, be it deterministic or teleological or some other form. Predictive power doesnt necessarily have anything to do with Truth. What is the value of prediction if not for its utility? Flat Earth theory had much more robust predictive power in the early phases of technology, even when the Copernican model came into being it could not be beaten for some 100 years until widespread adoption of the telescope made observable phenomenon more readily predicted by 'round earth' conspiracy theorists. Predictive power is only ever relevant to a narrow context and so, we could say that all theories are equally untrue, just more or less useful. How could science explain an acausal reality, if that were the ultimate truth?
