  1. I think you're probably right about it being in the 700's. You're around the Osho range, that's why you love him so much.
  2. I will say that the Jesus revival seemed like the 800's and my religion from childhood may have primed to to fly through that stage. BUT it also could have been my trying to repress the strengthened ego and newfound devilry of the 600's. I didn't fully want to see the shadow for what it was. That awakening opened Pandora's box. Can you imagine if that had happened in a spiritual community with a leader who was not 100% honest? BAD things. Also, the night before last I went to entertaining the worst kinds of thoughts, Charlie Manson was around 600 LOC.
  3. @tsuki No. I thought I did but I don't know anymore and I also do NOT want to overestimate it. I even suspect the author for overestimating his. I should probably just finish the book, I don't think I read it at all yesterday after being totally lost in it before.
  4. I don't have daycare today but I might shoot one anyway, I know I've been neglecting my videos. I haven't even been able to think of a topic. I don't even know how to describe what's been going on with me. The first part of the book explained all the mysteries of the universe and then I realized fully that I didn't know a single thing.
  5. I just watched your video, it seems connecting the heart and head means that you are ultimately present, but it's an incredibly valuable way to think of it. This is a big insight for me as well and what you said ties in well with something someone said to me much earlier. I'm hoping it's the key I need to deal with some shadow issues.
  6. I think we all learn from each other here whether we want to or not. We all mirror each other, and we are all one and we are all supposed to be somewhat conscious of that fact so it's quite powerful. No one's path is the same, yet the path is One. Praise Jesus. @Leo Gura Could a Christian revival have been a stage from the LOC 800's or am I deluding myself by using it to cover up and avoid my newly discovered devilry.
  7. It happened that way for me. Again and again and again I had to throw it away and let it come back to me. I still do. The secret is that you have to focus on what you have, not what you don't have in order to get what you want.
  8. You have to be willing to throw everything away, including the desire to awaken.
  9. @Nahm Ok, maybe judgement is a better word than experience. What is power about other than avoiding pain and vulnerability?
  10. But Leo, enlightenment is effortless. Also enlightenment is your relationships. All of them. If that's not an inconvenient truth, I don't know what is. I think that women have higher sex drives than people think, it's just that they have a LOT more reasons to repress them. In my experience women are just as capable of breaking hearts and whoring around as men are. “Everything in human life is really about sex, except sex. Sex is about power.” Oscar Wilde Women prey on men for power and selfish reasons just like men prey on women. In that game there is always an element of power, a judgement of attraction or value. Power is not just a man's game. Women just play by different more trickier rules.
  11. People cheat for egoic shadow reasons. People need to have sex with new people because they can't connect on a deeper more profound way to others or themselves. Once you've slept with one person you've slept with them all. Everyone gets boring after a while, you want to lose yourself in mystery and it always fades away, or rather it solidifies into a person with real flaws. It's a chase that never ends, such a waste of energy.
  12. Look at you, consciously opening up cans of worms.
  13. You might think that monogamy only benefits women, but when only the most confident powerful/most attractive/wealthiest,etc men get the women, you end up with a very frustrated pool of men who can't get laid. Hmm.. sounds like a familiar problem. In fact everyone gets stuck in a low conscious game of chimps both men and women. He has gone through enough stages to know firsthand.
  14. That's a limiting belief. If you want something to work you make it work. If you want to lose weight you don't overeat junk food. If you want to stay true to your partner, you don't sleep with other people. Easy. Do you still want to eat a whole bag of potato chips sometimes? Yep. That's doesn't mean you have to actually do it. In fact it's way easier to control those instincts with sex than with food. For real.
  15. @whoareyou I like to think of it as just like there are different levels of intelligence in people, there are different levels of awakening or enlightenment, let's call it "spiritual intelligence." You can use intelligence to make an atom bomb or to cure cancer. The same "choice" exists within spiritual intelligence. Some do great things, some awful and some stay paralyzed in fear of their own power.
  16. @whoareyou There is a type of awakening that intensifies your personality and ego. You see the world as you, but you see it as your oyster. You're completely high on power, drunk. You have charisma and people are inexplicably attracted to you. Then you are called to throw it all away AGAIN and see it all as emptiness again. But some people take that power and run with it, or they know nothing else. This is the same dynamic with rock stars and what lead to the #metoo movement. People get drunk off power. Enlightenment gives you power. If you think that you're finished with enlightenment when you awaken, you're not, you have to integrate the ego again, you finally see how much of your ego you were repressing when it's finally free to come out. Go home Mooji, you're drunk. I wish that people could just offer what they have to the world without ruining it. It's funny that enlightened spiritual teachers are making the same mistakes as Donald Trump. The truth is we'd still rather elect Donald over Hillary and we'd rather continue to respect and listen to all these spiritual teachers like Mooji and Osho rather than have to listen to a woman instead, because everyone knows that power makes women ugly and submission makes them a hot piece of ass.
  17. @Leo Gura We already figured this problem out as a society, monogamy. It doesn't always work but it works better than anything else we've found yet. Of course, it's not for everyone. It doesn't work for chimps but it works for Canadian geese. @abrakamowse I'll check her out, thanks.
  18. @abrakamowse Well if your intent is for things to run smoothly, I guess that's what you have to do. Masons do it, and most religions do it to some degree. It shouldn't be a problem in nonduality, except apparently anything goes so we're especially fucked. How many books on enlightenment have been written by women? How many female enlightened masters are there? Apparently women are only capable of fawning over a master and not being there for purely spiritual reasons. They are a distraction, bad luck, too emotional, not to be taken seriously. If someone wants to be valued, they will either leave or find a way in which they can be valued. Finally respect women as equal spiritual beings as a community and these things won't happen.
  19. One solution is just to exclude women from your spiritual communities. No temptations, no problem.
  20. @now is forever No duality, both true, both false.
  21. @now is forever He's off on his hero's journey, he doesn't know yet, don't be so harsh on him. The quote at the end, it was all a farce.
  22. But the beauty is that the obstacle is the way. Maybe the Devil is doing us a kindness. Maybe when he spoke to Eve in the garden of Eden he saved humanity. Do you really want to bestow the understanding that there is no good or bad on everyone? The Devil is enlightenment. You reach satori and he stands there to meet you. All of the things you ever wanted, the entire world, it's yours. If you aren't wise enough to say no again this time, to dissolve into ordinary nothingness again, the devil is your Master. Your self is your master.
  23. Reading Ramaji's book "1000" has made me really rethink how I judge spiritual teachers. Up to a point spiritual attainment is like intelligence, it can be used for good or bad purposes. This has shattered my ideals and world so bad I want to curl up in a ball and cry for my Mommy. Less than judging other spiritual teachers I'm terrified of myself and Mommy can't help me now. Too many things to reconcile, but there IS no good and bad, so the mind has nothing left to do but give up and turn off.
  24. @Zweistein In April I started a journal with tsuki thinking he could help me let go of an attachment I had to a story, and I ended up beginning to channel and he guided me through an awakening. It completely turned my life upside down. The journals are gone now, it got way too personal and out of hand. I got pretty attached to the nondual conversations with him and nowisforever. tsuki showed me the thread with you guys and said you were the only other two he had conversations like it with. I'm trying to tame the ox, let go of the mind again and I'm seeing what a devil I was/am. So maybe I'm just beginning to understand the need to leave the forum? I'm not sure about anything though.
