There’s a part in me that’s apparently very paranoid but i don’t know how to get to it. Triwd shdow work etc. It comes up a lot during psychedelics. If it’s childhood trauma, genetics, fear of losing control, just amygdala or brain chemistry or something else. Anyhow it doesn’t really matter. But yea i prefer taking psychedelics alone i think as i‘m sensitive to other peoples energy and always think i have to take care of them.

For me usually unfortunately i get too paranoid. It’s switching between hell and heaven and quite exhausting. That’s why i‘m kind of over them. I might do ayahuasca one time with a shaman but other than that no urge at the moment.

It’s similar on psychedelics. One time on shrooms or ayahuasca i felt like i was Jesus or a Hindu god and a lot of other stuff. One time i didn’t know anymore if i was me or my mother.

You can also be someone else in a dream. It rarely happens but did sometimes.

At the deep level there seems no free will. In the dream there is free will. But we want th deep stuff not this dream stuff.

Yea it was nice. I went to see Alexis and Andreas and combined it with a city trip.

I think my faves right now are Alexis and Andreas because they have so much material. Alexis is more on the flowery language side while Andreas is very kind of ordinary. Jim is good too. I actually went to my first live nonduality events also this year.

I guess he means the conflict between Muslims and Hindus around that Kashmir area? I have no clue how old this conflict is and if it started before the names of the countries. God only know what he means anyway. What i like about Kashmir is their sweaters, they are very soft.

Alexis, Jim Newman, Tony Parsons, Andreas Muller, Kenneth Madden, Roes Emerson is also nice but it’s a bit a different thing/style
